Cozy hotel in a central location, perfect for exploring Paris. Its proximity to the St. Germain train station makes even distant destinations like Île-de-France and Giverny in Normandy easily accessible. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. Private use of the spa, including a Turkish bath and jacuzzi, is available by appointment. Highly recommended.

This was a perfect location for getting to all parts of Paris. I was able to walk everywhere. Then when I needed a taxi after a long day out, the price was always well within budget. The room was super cute; they have utilized the space in a way that was as comfortable as at any other 4-star hotel I have ever stayed at in the US. I knew that hotels in Paris can be small, but this room had everything I needed; safe, reading lights, closet and shelves for personal belongings and a large shower. I did not utilize the spa, but the breakfast was amazing, was able to get my regular black coffee as I drink in the US, which sometimes you can't find in France. The overall ambiance of the hotel was so enjoyable. I utilized the common sitting areas for reading multiple times. This space enables you to get out of the room if needed to enjoy relaxing with a drink, a good book or just some quiet time.

To be honest, there was not anything I did not like. Everything about this place made me feel welcomed. I was a lone female traveler on this trip and all the employees were so nice and attentive making me feel safe.

I was travelling with my husband and baby. The room was big enough for Paris standards and we had enough place for our luggage and for the baby cot. Also, the bathroom was bigger than usual for Paris. The location of the hotel is great - close to Place Concorde, la Madeleine, the Opera, walking distance from all the main attractions in this part of the city. At the same time, the room was quiet and we were able to get good night sleep because the windows were looking towards the internal part of the hotel and not the main street. The downside is that there is no nice view but this is not such an issue because we were spending only the nights there. The breakfast was excellent - big choice, French cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables and great coffee. There are spa facilities but we haven't try them. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. I liked the fact that we were able to open the window and get some fresh air because in several hotels the windows opening is disabled. The rooms are nicely decorated. The AC was working fine which is important because the temperatures were very high during our stay. Nice and polite staff. Everything was great! Good value for money.

There is not much to say here. There are two elevators and one was really small but this is normal for a central city hotel. Everything is small about hotels in Paris. One member of the staff at the reception wasn't aware that Bulgaria was part of the European Union and asked for passports and not IDs...come on, guys, it has been ages since the country joined the EU :)

We absolutely loved our stay here, suite was spacious and comfortable, so quiet we slept so well, when we entered the room my daughter just went wow ! It’s in a fantastic location near to restaurants, grocery shops and the Metro only few mins walk. Some places we went to in pics were The Ritz, Angelina’s, Laduree, The Louvre, Dior museum, Eiffel Tower, pizza Pompei up the road. Hotel very well kept and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious with plenty of choice fresh cut fruit, cooked breakfast, fresh pastries, choice of bread cheese ham, crepes, cereals, juices with friendly waiters. It is a brilliant boutique hotel and we will definitely return, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Maybe complimentary still water on a daily basis in the room would be nice a nice touch but everything else fantastic

Room, location, staff, breakfast, interior, bed, pillows, bedding. Almost everything was good or very good. I really liked the bathroom.

The jacuzzi worked at 1/3 - the rest was not working (broken). Also, the water level was constantly low - when we arrived, they topped it up, the next day it was low again, I reported it to the reception, however, the water level was not raised. It was almost impossible to be in the jacuzzi, because the water was splashing in all directions. As a result, on the second day, we spent about 30 minutes in it during the day and 10 minutes in the evening at the lowest speed of use, so as not to splash everything around. I was very surprised by such an attitude.

The location of the hotel was great as it close to 3 different metro stations and 2 train stations. In addition to this the hop on hop off stop was close by. This hotel is also in a trendy part of Paris so close to lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, decorated elegantly and spacious (according to Parisian standards). The lift was also a decent size. The breakfast was great with good variety of dishes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating through our stay.

Great location, lovely decor, well equipped smallish rooms but normal for Paris The spa facility is only available between 11 and 5 otherwise for private use and fees to pay.

a little bit of low mood in the common areas and the small of the personal products they provide are not nice.

The location was terrific. Close to metros, stations, shops and restaurants but far enough away that no noise during sleep. The facilities at the hotel were great with lounges, the spa and a lovely breakfast. Baptiste on the front counter was amazingly helpful and friendly.

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss with refreshing towels each day. Needed to ask for toilet paper and shower gel that had run out.

Location fantastic, deluxe family room exactly right for myself and 2 teenagers. Staff and service excellent. Spa a great added bonus

As we stayed 3 nights, maybe a bit of variety of breakfast fruits etc would have been good as it was exactly the same every day. Overall quality of breakfast good but expected a bit more choice given the standard of hotel. Breakfast staff really good and really helpful

The location, boutique style, helpful reception, high standard of cleanliness, room with a bath, toiletries, bottle of Vittel. Also, almost everything in the room operated quietly and it was quiet when we walked on the floor. We didn't have any food at the hotel, inc breakfast, so can't comment.

It was boiling hot in the room at night in spite of us turning down the thermostat. One of the pillows could have been softer Bedroom could have been a bit bigger. Bit more drawer storage for clothes.
