Place is amazing Everyone was so accommodating and helpful I even forgot my laptop there and they will keep it safe for me till someone picks it up

Central and safe location with many options around, super clean hotel-the room which was also renovated as well as the entire property-, incredibly nice and kind staff, nice breakfast (not great variety but tasty). Would definitely recommend

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is cosy—although very small, it has everything you need.

Some bathroom accessories like hooks would be very helpful; once you’ve used a towel, there’s nowhere to hang it. The breakfast room is in the basement—very small and not particularly pleasant, as you're squeezed between other guests. This is understandable given the space limitations, but having at least a professional coffee machine that can make cappuccinos (rather than a basic home one) would add value to the paid breakfast. The food selection was very limited, but again, this is likely due to the lack of space.

This is a lovely hotel in La Madeleine area of Paris. Good location for Champs Elysee, Opéra or Place de la Concorde. Renovated old building in a quiet street. Standard of decor very high. Room had coffee machine and good bathroom, with lovely Nuxe products. Very good buffet breakfast, which is also good value for Paris. All staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was a little on the small side but it was very good value for money for location and the final weekend of Tour de France so it would not deter me from staying here again. Breakfast room also a bit small. At one point at full capacity and not much spare space!

Absolutely loved everything about that hotel. Though room was small, it was very cosy & super clean. Bathroom was spacious and I liked that it had a window, so natural light was greeting us in the morning also in the bathroom (we stayed in delux room). Bed was really comfortable. Location was very good, found really nice wine places nearby. Also many good restaurants and shopping close. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful in every way, prepared drinks for my quest on their arrival on my Birthday and complimentary B-Day champagne absolutely made our day 😍 One of the receptionist even offered to be our photographer and made few shoots with a polaroid camera he had - just something extra special. They made our stay in Paris beautiful, thank you!

The hotel is in a great location—quiet and safe. We walked everywhere during our stay. Our room was much cleaner than we expected, which eased our initial concerns before arriving. The only downside is that the elevator is small—only one person can fit with a stroller—but it wasn’t a problem for us. The room was spacious enough for two adults and a baby crib. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. There was free tea, coffee, and croissants available in the lobby. If I visit Paris again, I would definitely stay here.

The refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly.

In the centre of Paris - walking distance to most attractions! Close to Madeline metro. Safe walking at night. I stayed in Parisien room with balcony specificaly selected it for the view. Very cute and lovely city roof top view with Eiffel Tower some part. Especially at nights with its lights. The room, bed was so comfortable and clean. ideal size for single travellers. Service (personnel) was superb. I have to wait for 1 hour at checkin as the room was not ready but I believe it one time coincedence. Staff was so interested to solve it. Breakfast is so nice with so much varieties.

It is one of my favorite hotels in the city. I was staying there for a second time already. I considered gatekeeping it even, and not writing a review, because I want it to be always available for me :), but when the service exceeds your expectations on your second stay - you simply have to write a review. Everything is perfect. I have absolutely no complaints. The rooms are squeaky clean and spacious for Paris, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the location is great. The quality for this price is very good. Hopefully I will be staying with you again.

From the moment we checked in everything went great! Staff were kind and helpful. The room was decorated functional and wisely as the room was a bit smaller than we are used to. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The best part is the location, you are in the middle of everything and also a very safe neighbourhood.We didn’t use the metro and easily walked all the places we wanted to see!!! Thanks for the hospitality! See you next time!!
