The staff is exceptional. Very helpful, courteous, and professional. The location is outstanding, within walking distance of nearly every major attraction in Paris. The rooms, while somewhat small and spartan, are decorated tastefully and the furnishings comfortable. The breakfast service is wonderful. Ideal for the business traveler on a budget.

The hotel-provided WiFi was almost unusable, although this is not very different from many other Parisian hotels in the same price bracket. It's sufficient for checking email and light web surfing, but forget about holding any kind of video conference or similar meetings using it. Using things like YouTube, Netflix, and Hulu were essentially impossible. That said, you don't go to Paris planning to stay in your room watching YouTube! A minor blemish on an otherwise wonderful experience.

Great room size for such a central hotel in Paris. staff very friendly. We did not eat at the property so can not comment but complimentary cake and pastries in reception was a nice touch. Location was great and we walked everywhere; the neighbourhood felt very safe. For those arriving on the Eurostar into Gare De Nord, a very easy transfer on the RER, Magenta Station to Haussmann Saint-Lazare, then a five minute walk.

No opportunity to use the gym and sauna on this occasion, which were in a beautiful setting in the old cellar.

Gare de Lazare and Galleria Lafayette are at a walking distance. Lots of places to eat nearby. Staff was amazing especially the lady who manages breakfast as she was always smiling and helpful. Nice room size for 3 people. Clean room. Comfortable beds.

I came to this hotel with my wife on our honeymoon. Unfortunately, my wife was taken ill and needed urgent medical treatment. The hotel staff were so helpful, calling the ambulance and translating communication between myself and the paramedics. When we got back from the hospital, the staff were so caring and accommodating. We were confined to our room and the only thing that kept us sane was the very friendly staff who spoke great English, the nice food (which we could order to our room) and the room itself, which was stylish and clean, with very comfortable beds, a sizeable bathroom, a big TV (which you could cast to from your phone), fast wifi and good views of the city from our window. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city - I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible street view room with a twin balcony - it was a classic Parisian building in an excellent location - very safe. The room was spotless with very modern amenities, the staff were excellent and accommodating. Overall this an excellent find for Paris. Bonus: The room is very large for a Paris hotel, the largest I could find.

Breakfast was quite a basic offering, but it was sufficient and not at all a negative.

PROs - central position, in the 8th arrondissement - proximity to Gare Saint Lazare and Augustin metro/train stops (and also to several supermarkets/restaurants) - room dimensions, starting at 20m² (superior room); bathroom is large enough too - a "kind of couch", a small round table and a classical chair complete the furniture of the room and they're very much appreciated as you do not have to stay on the bed all the time - all staff members are pretty nice; special mention for Emmanuel who helped and assisted us in a "difficult" moment - Chromecast TV which allows you to stream your favorite videos and series or play video games. - an on-site restaurant, a fitness area and a sauna are surely a plus

CONs - room is not well lit, for my tastes (while bathroom is) - from room no. 106 you can feel the vibrations caused by the metro running (I guess this is a common "issue" for Parisian hotels) - travelling is getting very pricey but 230,00€ per night (only thanks to a last-minute offer) seemed too much to me (even if probably it's on-average for Parisian standards) - the coffee machine, which we do not use at all, was dirty from a previous use and stayed like that for 4 days. That made me doubt the overall cleaning.

For the standard of Paris the room size is good. This was perhaps the best bed and pillows we have had in Paris (normally in Europe beds tend to be on the hard side). The bathroom was spacious and clean. The room feels modern and new. Staff is great, there is complementary coffee and tea. It is a good hotel as base to explore Paris.

We could not regulate the temperature, and sometimes it felt on the warm side, so we had to open the window, which is silly for being in the winter. Since Paris is big, location might be excellent for you or not, depending on which are your priorities to visit. We like to walk, so not an issue for us.

Le Belleval absolutely blew away our expectations. The hotel was incredible, the staff were excellent and more than happy to help make our stay be the best it could be. The rooms were amazing, so cosy and welcoming. All very modern and exactly what you need. The bar and courtyard were lovely and relaxing to sit and enjoy some tranquil time and space. Some fantastic cafes and restaurants in the surrounding areas, and we were able to walk to most of the hot tourism spots from the hotel. Or you can hop on the open top buses. Honestly couldn't fault a single thing. Would highly recommend to anyone to make your stay in Paris perfect.

We liked literally everything. It was very clean, super modern und you can find anything you need. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, also the language skills were great. There is the possibility for room service as well; we took a bottle of water and wine glasses with us to our room the one night. But there is also a supermarket 2 minutes per feet away. The breakfast was totally fine - not extraordinary but it had good quality and strengthen us for a great start in the day. You can also eat lunch at the hotel, no dinner possible, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was cleaned every day even though we didn’t asked for it. There were plenty of towels available and the water was running good. The room was stylish and the bed was really comfortable - very great after a long day exploring the city as we slept like angels. The location was also great. You walk 10 minutes to the Galerie Lafayette, 20 minutes to the Louvre and around 35 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. But there are also plenty bus and metro stations around that‘ll connect you perfectly to anywhere. For Valentine‘s Day we got a cute notice with some chocolate. And we were always greeted by any staff member. The service was way better than we expected, especially for Paris. The price-value-proportion was perfect. We payed way less than it‘s normal for Paris including nice breakfast and was given the best services and quality you could possibly get. We will definitely come back here and we highly recommend anyone this hotel.

Such a beautiful property. I like the fact it was a small boutique hotel and in an excellent location (close to the train station). This is the only hotel in our 2 week stay in Europe that actually read my booking details which I wrote that my friend and I were both celebrating our birthdays and left a special note with a bottle of champagne. We were so touched at the gesture and would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
