I really liked the room and location. The balcony was stunning and the decor was so romantic and classic. I thought the location was excellent, great bus stops and metro nearby. Cheap to get an uber to cdg airport as well.

The breakast was really poor. It was 20 euros each and did not match the menu description. We only got some coffee, two pastries, slice of bread, and some undercooked bacon and sausages. It also took half an hour to come up to the room. The eggs we asked for were missing as well. I strongly recommend avoiding breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Our toilet water was running when we arrived but the staff got it sorted straight away and looked after us really well. The staff were very friendly and always went out fo their way to help. Felt right at home. The spa was very chilled and worth booking it. Great quiet location and not too far from anything. Easy to reach by bus, walk or uber. Will definitely like to return to this hotel. Thanks again to the great staff and experience in paris.

The location was excellent, our room was comfortable and well appointed, a good amount of space for a Paris hotel, a real cloud of bed , which assured a great sleep. In addition the bathroom was very clean,with good towels etc. The Staff were friendly and helpful at all times . On our departure the lobby and street outside were crowded with people just arrived for Paris fashion week . However, Ludovic , the hotel manager assisted us to the nearest corner, helped with the luggage, and found us a taxi. He couldn’t have been kinder.

Hotel was in a great location. Very well connected by public transport but lots to see locally too. A great combination of the style of a traditional French hotel but with additional amenities! A lovely breakfast also - set up for a day of sightseeing.

Not the fault of the hotel but something to be aware of when eating out locally is that some local eateries aren't open late on the weekends as it's an area with a lot of offices so their main business seems to be after-work on weeknights. Pastis around the corner is a great weekend eatery but would recommend Perle Noir across the main boulevard for a bite during the week!

The hotel was amazing. The room was clean, tidy and in a typical french coquette style and honestly it looks even better than the pictures. The staff was very nice and helpful. One of the many best things was the location. Close to everything within maximum 30 minutes walking distance and also has 3 metro lines and stations in a 500m radius.

The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable and the location was great, we managed to walk every where. The Staff were friendly too.

I think we had a new room and the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room temperature was quite high and the safe didn’t lock, the windows also didn’t lock but I’m not sure they were suppose to as they had big shutters that opened. Felt slightly unsafe leaving personal things in the room when going out as the safe wasn’t locking.

Very helpful staff, lovely rooms and very clean. Good location and well connected with numerous metro stations nearby.

The rooms were quite noisy. There was some construction work (which can't be helped, so not judging on that), but the doors also didn't block out much sound at all, so when someone was in the corridor we could hear them very clearly. Not a huge issue as there were only about 6 rooms on our floor luckily.

Great location , the room was beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have stopped in We did have a slight issue with the hot water going off but this couldn’t be helped and was fixed as soon as possible we received a partial refund for the inconvenience which we are more than happy with The staff are very friendly

Great location. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The room is also very clean, cozy, warm and comfortable. The room's window overlooked the courtyard, which made our nights quiet; even the top of the Eiffel Tower was visible in the distance. Excellent French breakfast. Very nice staff.

Hotel looks very pretty and charming. Room on 6th floor (Superior Room) was quiet, pretty and not so small for Paris Standard (but it wasn't big). Location is really good. Super Central but away-enough from the madness of the touristy landmarks. quiet in the evening. Supermarket round the corner and tube are very handy! Staff is really nice and professional. Will definitely go back again.

The below are just minor points as we absolutely loved this hotel: Hotel does not have a restaurant, but this is not a problem in Paris as there are so many places to eat nearby (more option at lunch then dinner in the area, but still plenty of options if you are not fussed). No fridge in the room. In the evening the area is quiter... but not too quiet as you are still very very central! it always feels safe! Hotel has a breakfast room where you can have continental breakfast (we did not try it so we can not rate it). Hotel does not have a big bar. The bar is more like a wine and liqueur cabinet. We did not try it but it seems ok for a quick drink. Room is a bit pricy.
