The hotel was conveniently located in a very central area of Paris, most popular attractions reachable on foot, between 30-45 minutes walk. Was pleasantly surprised by the available area of the room and the disposition of the furniture, having previously stayed in more crowded rooms in Paris in hotels of similar class. The room was tastefully decorated. The majority of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall clean facilities. I did not have breakfast nor did I use the spa at the hotel.

There were some issues with the hot water in the hotel, and I can understand that these are unforeseen problems that can take their time to get fixed. A few hits and misses here and there, but nothing major. The team was quick to respond and make sure we got some compensation for all the on-going issues.

The hotel was nice, quiet and lovely. The location was perfect too. I stayed there with my mum for a couple nights, and I couldn’t think of a better location, environment and place. The room was clean and spacious enough. The receptionist was so friendly and made me and my mum feel very welcomed and happy. If we come to Paris again, we would choose this place :)

Just tiny minor things - the pillow was so heavy and hard, wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Another thing - breakfast. I was expecting to have more choice of food and a toaster, but that’s all.

Clean and close to many land marks within 60min walk If you want to stay in quiet area it’s very good location. Only downside is breakfast too minimal and poor service!

Breakfast was too boring no hot food, same breakfast every morning, leftover’s served following morning with some top up. For vegetarian nothing except cold cereal and few pieces of fruit if you ask more they will say sorry finished🙄!

I really liked the room and location. The balcony was stunning and the decor was so romantic and classic. I thought the location was excellent, great bus stops and metro nearby. Cheap to get an uber to cdg airport as well.

The breakast was really poor. It was 20 euros each and did not match the menu description. We only got some coffee, two pastries, slice of bread, and some undercooked bacon and sausages. It also took half an hour to come up to the room. The eggs we asked for were missing as well. I strongly recommend avoiding breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Our toilet water was running when we arrived but the staff got it sorted straight away and looked after us really well. The staff were very friendly and always went out fo their way to help. Felt right at home. The spa was very chilled and worth booking it. Great quiet location and not too far from anything. Easy to reach by bus, walk or uber. Will definitely like to return to this hotel. Thanks again to the great staff and experience in paris.

Everything was perfect. Bed super comfy, location perfect, very clean hotel. Couldn’t fault anything.

This hotel is very elegant and very Parisian style. The staff were lovely and welcoming and our room was very pretty and comfortable. All the facilities we need and loved the spa facilities on the hotel. Great place to unwind after a full day exploring Paris. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the future. We loved our stay here and the breakfast was delicious x

Having a fridge in the room would have been good to keep our drinks cold.

Very nice hotel. Lovely bed with great quality sheets and towels also. Lovely clean room. We found location very good for transport links. Staff very nice.

Not much to dislike. Being picky the shower within the bath was difficult to use if you have limited mobility. Also bathroom although very clean and great quality was small. But you are in the centre of Paris and none of this spoilt our visit.

The location was excellent, our room was comfortable and well appointed, a good amount of space for a Paris hotel, a real cloud of bed , which assured a great sleep. In addition the bathroom was very clean,with good towels etc. The Staff were friendly and helpful at all times . On our departure the lobby and street outside were crowded with people just arrived for Paris fashion week . However, Ludovic , the hotel manager assisted us to the nearest corner, helped with the luggage, and found us a taxi. He couldn’t have been kinder.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and welcoming. Spa is lovely. Good location for getting around Paris but also quiet. Very comfy beds. Staff available and approachable.

No coffee maker in the rooms. Coffee is available in the lobby free of charge but I like a coffee first thing, in bed without having to leave my room. This was the only issue with hotel for me. Just a little Nespresso machine would do.

The location is safe and quiet , yet easy to get to everywhere , 10 mins walk to Lafayette , and 4-7 mins to two metro stations . Bed is extremely comfortable

The bath tub is too narrow . After mid night , I heard of the Indian music , was so loud !
