Very well positioned hotel quite close to any touristic spot you would like to visit, close to the metro station as well, but in a quiet area at the same time. Imagine something between Champs Elysee, Place de la Concorde and Opera, few minutes walking distance to Hausmann Blvd. The room was small (but hey, you are in Paris :)), very clean and with a such a beautiful balcony and view to St. Augustin cathedral. The staff was amazing, quite a surprise as anyone might know that hospitality is not the key asset in Paris. Kind, friendly people, ready to make your stay the most enjoyable possible. They were happy to welcome me at the breakfast at 11.00, to make recommendations, to surprise me with a gift for my birthday.

Just excellent :-) - incredible location, nice place - only a few minutes from Saint-Lazare train/metro station, 15-30minutes by metro to city centre, 30mins by metro nr.14 to ORLY airport - very kind and helpful guys at the reception desk - very cosy rooms with perfect view, some rooms has a classic balcony :-) - The hotel boasts numerous nearby facilities, including restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and charming pastry shops, nice St. Augustin catedral nearby - A convenient afternoon snack bar right at the hotel + fridge with soft beverages in room - good wifi connectivity A very nice place you can walk around, good vibes of Paris and perfect way how to enjoy your trip. We can definitely recommend this hotel and we are sure that this will be our nr.1 choice on next Paris visit :-)

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and definitely recommended to anyone traveling to marvelous Paris. You'll be greeted and supported by friendly, attentive and caring staff members. Special thanks to ILIR for helping out with all the questions :) I was given large room with the terrace with the view over the quiet rue Roy, which was so nice! Room was in a pristine clean ,spotless condition. The room itself is equipped with everything one might need, they even have the mini bar filled with water, drinks. Hotel is very well connected too all the public transport means, for example, Place de la Concorde and le jardin des Tuileries is only 3 bus stops away from the hotel. Everything was perfect about this hotel and I will surely come back in the future!

Excellent location to public transports: bus, metro, and train. Lots of good eating places in area, and two good places to buy groceries and amenities: Monoprix and Franco Prix. Good hanging spaces in the bathroom. Excellent lighting. Good breakfast but minimal choices. Free drinks in room refrigerator and in breakfast room from 2pm to midnight. Very comfortable bed. Nice to have a balcony space. Cute room decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bonus benefit of using other Astotel properties in other Paris neighborhoods for a rest reprieve and snacks/drinks.

No iron and ironing board in room. Minimal desk space. Bottled amenities only. Machine select coffee choices - not so good. Small selection for breakfast but boxed cereals, good bread and croissant-pastries choices, good yogurt and fresh fruit choices. Scrambled eggs with either small pancakes or crepes with sausage or ham; sometimes potatoes are the mainstay each morning. Good juice choices and Pepsi in large bottle. Minimal English language program on TV

First of all we arrived early morning and they gave us coffee snacks and help us check in early. Stuff was amazing so sweet so helpful welcoming us and explaining everything room was nice view cute clean bar fridge was full of cold drinks and has kettle with decaf to arabica different teas was amazing. Everyday 2pm kitchen open with free snacks gummy’s biscuits ect… breakfast has many choices locations was great galeries lafayette 10 min walking distance arc de triomphe walking 15 min by car 6 min. Everyday they change our bed sheets freshly and clean up well. Thank you so much such amazing service

We are loved and enjoyed everything

Every employee encountered extremely friendly, free juice water and pop in mini fridge in room. From 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. free snacks(pastries, fruit, chips, candy and more) and non alcoholic drinks in breakfast area. Could also visit affiliated hotels in city and show room card and enjoy their selection of drinks and food. Was given a map at check in with those hotels locations and was great as we did stop at one while out and about all afternoon to use washroom and have a snack and drink. Found room large compared to other hotels stayed at while travelling in Europe. Area felt safe and close to shops and restaurants.

*** EXCELLENT HOTEL *** June 2025 *** EXCELLENT HOTEL *** This hotel is situated in a great location central to all the main attractions. One of the best things about this chain of hotels is that there are about 15 hotels in Paris and you can show your room card at any of them to use their nice toilets and they also provide free snacks and drinks 2pm till late. I must mention our receptionist ILIR, he had great advice for restaurants and directions, nothing was too much trouble.

Really great breakfast. Snacks and drinks throughout the day. Friendly staff. Big and clean room.

The staff was a little pushy about giving the property review. And when I gave my honest answer about my rating it wasn't good enough 😅

Excellent location, I felt the area was really safe. The open bar was a Gods send. I travelled as solo parent with my daughter and I can reassure the hotel is safe and all the staff were happy to help

Extremely comfortable accommodations in a large room for a city. Comfortable beds, and the room was very stylishly decorated. Our room 503 was a corner room with a wraparound balcony with a street view -really lovely, although too cold on our stay to use. Good breakfast with lots of variety including egg/meat choices, higher quality breads, cheeses, etc. Reasonable price for Paris. Quiet area but seemed more residential than touristy. About a dozen good restaurants within 500m. Very helpful friendly staff. Really nice stay - best we had this trip.

Three doorways to the balcony caused the room to be very drafty for winter. Area was very very quiet and a bit spooky at night, but upscale enough.
