The hotel staff are exceptional, immensely helpful, polite, cheerful and courteous. My husband fractured a bone in his foot just before our departure and needed crutches to get around. We were offered a room with a shower rather than a bath which was greatly appreciated. The charming lady at breakfast was also very helpful with my husband's lack of mobility. Plenty of choice too for all breakfast tastes. The hotel location was ideal for the plans we had during our short visit.

Our room was on the top floor underneath the eaves. I didn't like having to crawl in and out of bed because of the sloping ceiling but the bed itself was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom, despite having some natural light from a window, had very poor lighting. Not good for applying makeup!

The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance or easily accessible via the nearby metro. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious, especially by Paris standards. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Unlike many hotels, this one had plenty of lighting and power sockets, which was a big plus. We didn’t try the breakfast, as there are plenty of great options just outside the hotel. A lovely touch: we found a complimentary bottle of white wine, two bottles of water, and some cookies waiting for us in the room :)

The price, but I guess this was due to the French open (tennis).

I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Paris, making it easy to explore the city's iconic landmarks. The breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. You can really feel the Parisian style throughout the hotel, from the elegant decor to the cozy ambiance. The boutique style of the hotel adds a unique and intimate touch, making you feel right at home. Highly recommend for an authentic and comfortable Parisian experience!

Enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are spacious but space on the floor is very limited. Location is excellent. Near the Metro (3mins). It is a 10min walk to Champs Elyse's. Hot meal for Breakfast was good and coffee and water all day. The people working at the hotel were by far its greatest resource. The two managers Araci and Remi and all the front office staff were superb and they made our stay so much better. They were able to come up with a solution for any issue we had

Nothing one can do about it but pick ups and drop offs to the hotel are difficult as there is no space for the cars to stop so one usually jumped off at the traffic light right next to the hotel.

Araci the manager very nice to me she helps me with my reservation and the service from the front desk and specially her help was really good I will recommend this to my friends and family the location of the hotel is perfect to go visits all the iconic places in Paris I will definitely came back again

Staff were absolutely lovely. SO helpful. Enjoyed the lounge area for a cup of tea in the afternoon. Housekeeping - room servicing - was excellent. Hotel's position was very good.

Thought breakfast was extremely costly, so went elsewhere.

I loved the room. It was spacious, with good light and a fantastic atmosphere. It's in a good location, close to the subway and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and well-organized, and I loved it. The staff is pleasant, helpful, and patient. I was very happy with my choice.

We have been in Paris with my son . The hotel is great , comfortable , in a very nice area close to Champs Elysées, metro and bus stations and surrounded by pretty french cafes . The core of a very good hotel is the staff, amazing!!! Mamadou was welcoming us, helping in every request, great person, and also Aissaton Anaci and Jandisien, all of them so kind and helpful . Our next time in Paris, we will be back to this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially thank Mammadou. The room was clean. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Champs E. and many other places. The hotel's location was very close to the Miromesnil metro station, we used the metro for other places.
