The staff was AMAZING. They were super welcoming and even provided me some free food for dinner (breakfast items that they keep on site) as all the restaurants in the area were closed on Sunday evening and I was too tired to go to another locality to get dinner. They also made sure to service my room everyday, called me a cab for the airport, and generally made me feel safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. Breakfast was also quite decent for a facility of this type.

The price was somewhat high for the tiny room, but I guess that's what you would get in a centrally located 2 star hotel in Paris. But, IMO, the decor in the room and fixtures in bathroom could still be tinkered with to make it look more stylish and welcoming. Otherwise, this is a central, safe, and clean place to stay.

Loved the location, I walked everywhere from here. The staff was so nice, always available and helpful. They upgraded my room to a bigger one! The room was nice for a solo traveler. Yes it was on the small side, but perfect for just me. My room was always well organized whenever I came back from a day of exploring, which I really appreciated! Overall, I'd stay here again! The breakfast was also nice, had the best yogurt ever :D

There was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom. And it was a bit annoying having to always leave the key at the hotel, but I understood why, and there was always someone at the front desk to take/give me the keys.

24h reception meant i could arrive quite late and not worry about the check-in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning crew comes by everyday. Room was on the small side and toilet with wash basin was a bit narrow but were comfortable enough and did the trick. Located within walking distance to metro and bus lines and to main attractions like Grand Palais, Place de la Concorde, Champ Elysée, Jardin des Champs Elysée etc Quiet area, no noisy streets at night. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out

Hair dryer would switch off after every 2-3 mins then had to wait a longer while for it to work again You hear people passing by in the corridor

The sympathy from everyone, and especially Alain! The location is perfect. Arc de triumph, Louvre, and several other hot spots are all within short walking distance. Also, there’s the metro line right next to the hotel. Rooms are not the biggest, but they are nice, and very clean. Given what we have searched before hand, for the same price and location, I highly doubt one can find a better solution.

Great location, 10 min walk from Av. des Champs Èlysées and 5min from metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff as we needed to print a document and also a last minute information about transport. The breakfast was "Petit" but Great with different kinds of breads, croissant, pain au chocolat, confitures, cheese, ham, yogurt, juices, tea and coffees... everything we need to start a perfect day. The room had a good view from the window and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a shower and a bath, also a window that provided good ventilation and lightening.

Quite a charming place, very good location, good at night, no bars downstairs, small bathrooms with cool Paris views tiles. Only problem, if you don't have a credit card, you can't book through the hotel site (if you're not booking with your debit card, but, for example, your husband's), because they don't have a payment system where you can confirm your internet payment. Otherwise, a simple but very nice breakfast (coffee is from a coffee machine). I will definitely choose again.

Clean and cosy

It depends on which reception staff you get. When we checked in really late and quite tired, the man at reception was not very warm and hospitable. We asked if we could leave our luggage after checkout just for a few hours and he pointed at a cupboard space across reception saying theres not enough space to leave our luggage and therefore no. However, the next day we were greeted by a really nice lady at reception who checked us out and actually offered(before we even asked) to keep our luggage for us in the exact same spot the man said we couldnt! Thanks again to the reception lady in the morning as she really helped us with our worries.

I really liked that, this little hotel was quite close to everything, i mean no big tursitic attraction were further then 25-30 min on foot, with metro was half of that time. The staff was super friendly and helpfull, i felt welcomed, shout out to Sari, very cool guy! The room was small but comfy, this is normal in paris and for the price was a great value for money, was clean, was quiet, it is an elevator but is small, so be patient. the breakfast was cute, is there everything what you need for a typical french breakfast. The location where the hotel is, is very well guarded and very safe, almost on every corner is a soldier, no...they don't guard the hotel, they guard the president who stays close to the hotel, you feel super safe. I really recommend this hotel for people who don't mind smaller rooms, you are close to everything and i loved it! I will come back for sure!

I have no complains, i knew what i booked and i got everything was advertised, i was pleased and happy

The room was nice, spacious and comfortable, with windows and street view and large and comfortable armchairs and the area easy to access everything, although the entrance, corridor and elevator were narrow and not so pleasant.

Only one electricity supply for the mobile and one button for the light only near the door so I had to get up to turn it of before sleeping or going to the bathroom. Although it felt clean, there was visible thick dust at the narrow details of the table.

Walkable to Champs D'Eylsees, park area and shopping by Galleries Lafayette. Very nice breakfast that included meat, cheese, cereal, fruit, yogurt and pasties & bread. Good bathroom with a tub.

The traffic is noisy - lots of cars and honking. Ear plugs made it bearable. The rooms are snug but that seems to be normal. No chair in the room but easy to sit in breakfast room for computer time or working.
