The location was amazing, literally less than a 5 minute walk and you were in the Champs Elysees and the staff were exceptional, especially Felicitè.

The room was very tight and the shower was broken. I actually cut my arm on a sharp edge when taking a shower. We reported that to reception.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Many thanks for the support. The rooms were very nicely furnished. We slept well. The location is good. You can reach a lot by foot.

I think the price is too high. Even though the rooms and facilities are great, the hotel doesn't have much to offer (restaurant, gym for example). Breakfast was also not included at over 500 euros for two nights.

There is no refrigerator. No mini bar. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel without a mini fridge, was really uncomfortable. Should’ve put that in the description. A few staffs were very friendly and kind but initially they said they offer a couple bottles of water for free but we stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t offer water on our last night and had to buy a bottle at the hotel reception for 6 euro. Cleaning staff forgot to collect their cleaning equipment in the bathroom and it was left there for two days.

The hotel is ideally located close to the Champs Elysees but nonetheless in a relatively calm street with plenty of restaurants of different levels. It has been recently renovated and for a true lover of aesthetics like me, it's a pleasure to the eye. Stylishly decorated in a minimalistic way, and in a search for mixture between vintage and new. I was upgraded to "the biggest room in the hotel", and for the money it was very much worth the stay. Spacious bathroom, desk, large closet, small coffee machine, and coffee and water were offered free of charge.

The breakfast is not a buffet but served as you come, which has the advantage of avoiding waste, but the (big) disadvantage of long waiting time. I waiter 20-25min, and had thus only 5 minutes to swallow my eggs before heading out (barely made it on time to my meeting). I was the only one there with the exception of one other guest, so I don#t want to imagine how slow it must be when the room is full ... Would be good to inform the guests at check in that one should plan a bit of time (they knew I had breakfast booked in my room rate as they told me so upon arrival)

The location is perfect ,near to everything next to Champs Elysees ,very safe place near to the presidential residence All the members of the staff are very professional and kind and ready to help you out. We met Sofia many times and she was willing to find us a taxi, to help us with reservations to restaurants,to offer a coffee, to keep up with everything the cleaning staff has forgotten to leave us . The towels were clean and fluffy and changed every day. The toiletries were Sotheys and really good . You have your own espresso machine and free capsules every day of a high quality Every day free bottles of water as well are provided to the guests convenience

That the rooms have no fridge or mini bar

The staff. Both Manny and Felicity were helpful and very professional. They have good recommendations and very attentive to my requests. And the location is perfect.

The lack of basic amenities. Luggage rack was a hustle to arrange when I asked hotel to prepare. The cleaners don’t often refill the cotton pads and amenities for my bathroom after each day clean up. The windows are not very good at noise cancellation. During early mornings I can hear garbage truck banging and the party goers departing the club in the very early morning next door.

The property's location was convenient to many areas of interest for our trip. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the beds were comfortable.

The room needed a few options for hanging garments and outerwear (hooks near the entry for outerwear, etc.) Also, the entry area, where the wall mirror is located, could use more light.

Good location, new / renovated facility. Very fresh and clean. Bathrobes and slippers. Comfortable beds. Coffee in the room, drinkable water. Nice balcony with a view of a tip of Eiffel Tower. Very calm area, no noise although it is a central location

Doors to bathroom might be improved. They don’t close completely. Also, some maintenance in shower cabin can be done

Something was so weird for me as it was the 1st time ever in my life the reception guy asked me to take a copy from the credit card as a grantee, after I had been already paid the whole amount for my stay, so a grantee for what exactly?!!! He told me this the hotel policy, and that’s really was a shock to me.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and we loved the balcony with the garden view. Also, the breakfast was amazing! We will definitely come back to this hotel.
