Central location! Almost all bus routes are less than a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Metro access is a 2-3 minute walk. Most landmarks are within 10-15 minutes walk - Musée Jacquemart-André, Arc de Triomphe, Galleries Lafayette, Opera Garnier, etc. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, small shops surrounding the hotel. Very friendly, efficient, accommodating & gracious staff! There’s always free coffee and tea in the dining room on the main floor, if you don’t want to make it yourself in your room. There’s also a water fountain that provides still and sparkling water that you fill up with a provided carafe. Unlike most aparthotels, Adagio Paris Haussmann collects daily garbage in your room, changes your used towels and makes your bed. They clean the room thoroughly on the 8th day of your stay. The reception area has candies, chocolates, and oftentimes pastries for the sweet-toothed in us.

4-5 stair steps from the entrance door to the reception desk. There is no accessible ramp for disabled people and guests with luggages.

We stayed over new-year’s eve 2024-2025 for 6 nights, and enjoyed the Aparthotel room for its generous size with very small kitchen (ideal for preparing breakfast), as well as full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. We asked for a room at the back of the building for quiet nights away from the busy Hausmann boulevard.

The breakfast is simple and acceptable for people going to work, but not for relaxed holiday breakfasts - the price is too high for what is offered in the small space; however, if you have your own kitchenette in the room, you can make your own breakfast (small grocery store across the street).

Location for us was very good, it means, close to the metro and bus stops. Around food small stores. Safe to come in the hotel with card. Maybe that's why none of the staff ever greeted us. We had room in the 5th floor. This was quiet room, maybe with thick walls that we did not hear neighbours. Exception was working days when already at 7am workers started job in the opposite house. We had 2 rooms apartment, so in each room has a TV. Maybe bed (sofa) was broken, but this was very good for us to separate these parts that every kid has his own part. Had chance to order breakfast, but didn't use it, because we prepared our when we get up. Every day the bed was made, the garbage was taken out, new towels were given. Bathtub. You can adjust the heat in the room. Comfortable bed that doesn't creak.

Quite expensive, but it is Paris. In rooms were quite dark, because there were just some lamps attached to the wall or in the corner. Little coffee machine, no water kettle to boil water, just pot for water, for food. Integrated dishwasher was not attached or separated from little fridge, so we needed to move it to the side to open every time. Strong smell every time after room cleaning. They change towels, but we did not get the same amount every day which we had when we arrived.

The aparthotel is spacious! after years of regularly traveling to Paris this is the first time I found myself with enough space in my room. Paris is notorious for tiny room hotels and this one is an exception. It's conveniently located near a Paris metro (about 10mins walk) and the side streets have cafes and restaurant options, so if you're feeling a bit lazy to walk around you can find something to eat close by. The staff are helpful and have decent English skills (a major plus for any English speaking tourist) If you're a walker - Franklin Roosevelt train station (and an area in between Champs and Concorde) is around 25mins walk

If you're staying at this hotel, the reception is elevated on a mezzanine area which means you will need to carry your luggage for around 8 to 10 steps of stairs. Though they will brief you about it, they don't have regular room cleaning services, during my stay they clean the room and change the towels every 4 days so good to be neat during your stay here.

The dize of the rooms are good and the location. 15min by wolk to Champs elisse and Galery lafayet, 30min bywolk to Louvre, D'orsay, Montmart. 4 min to Metro and bus stations.

During our entire stay at the hotel, the room was not cleaned, sheets and towels were not changed. They clean and change sheets and towels only if requested. The staff is nice.

Clean, well equipped with kitchen utensils and the apartment is comfortable. For 2 nights’ stay, they’ve even changed and added more clean towels for our family. Larger than usual bathroom. Great location - central but looks quite safe and not many people/businesses around. There is also a supermarket at the corner so convenient.

Directly next to the street so can be noisy if windows are open. But the double glazing is amazing so ok for a bit. May be hot in summer if rely on closing the windows.

During my stay at the hotel, I particularly enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.Overall, it was a delightful experience that I would love to repeat!

Unfortunately, I found the cleaning in my room to be lacking during my stay. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I expected, with some areas showing signs of neglect. Additionally, dust was noticeable on the furniture, which made me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping.

The apartment was very sufficient in all respects. Nothing very fancy, but very much up to our needs. The beds were clean and the mattresses seemed brand new. The kitchen was small, but, again, very well suited to out needs. The neighbourhood feels quite safe and the metro is around the corner. There's also plenty of convenience stores dotted around the area, with one across the road, as well as various takeaway options. Staff was kind and forthcoming when we needed something.

The breakfast is not what one might expect from a hotel when booking with breakfast. It's nothing like a buffet one may be accustomed to, or perhaps even a restaurant. It's delivered to the apartment every morning based on a sheet you fill out the night before. What's delivered mostly is what you ordered, with some suprise extras and perhaps some missing others. The bread isn't what you'd expect from France, but it's perfectly doable. For some, this may be a bit of a let down, especially given the added costs.
