The location was excellent in the 7th. The very pretty courtyard was secluded and so pretty with the many plants surrounding you. The sweet waitress remembered I liked hot chocolate every morning with our delicious breakfast! The staff was so attentive and so helpful in arranging taxis and answering questions. Bringing me tea to my room when I was sick with food poisoning and arranging for extra help and showing the doctor my room was so appreciated. The decor in the room was very pretty and our view of the Eiffel Tower from our windows was unexpected and pretty special! Very clean and sanitary and so appreciated having air conditioning during the heat wave in Paris. LOVED the hotel!

Staff was friendly and always helpful. The room was a bit small, but that is usual in old buildings. The bathroom however was spacious. Location was excellent! It was close to so many great restaurants, cafes and museums and so very quiet in the night.

There was a coffee/tea maker in the room, but the coffee/ tea/ milk wasn’t replenished enough. We drank our caffeinated coffees every day, but got decaf instead. The heating was a bit hit and a miss. Hard to find a balance, since it was either too hot or too cold. But these are minor things!

Our stay was perfect, large clean room that accommodated 3 of us , room had view of Eiffel Tower, location was great , walking distance to many places and metro around the corner. Bakery next door, minimart across the road, staff go above and beyond to meet your needs.

Bathtub shower, I prefer shower on its own.

The location is perfect if you are attending a conference at Maison de la Chimie. Very quiet neighbourhood but had everything you needed nearby (bakery, shop, 10min walk to bus/metro stop). Relatively easy walks to the Musee D'Orsay (15mins), Eiffel Tower (30mins).

Most of the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful (especially Alex - thank you, Alex!). However there were a couple of occasions where we had minor issues - asking for mugs so we could make our own coffee with our Aeropress; arranging a taxi to the airport. Also, if you are relying more on public transport rather than walking like we did, it can feel a bit further away than staying closer to the tourist hotspots.

Location was excellent, close to everything by walk. Food, restaurants, café and main attraction, Eiffel Tower, Louvre etc.

The transportation from the aéroport to the hotel, the choice of breakfast in the morning. The lack of air conditioning everywhere except the hotel room.

The staff were great! Very kind & helpful. Great position. Close to Rodin. Beautiful buildings around the area. Close to great spots around the left. Close to the Seine. Close proximity to REV station to Versailles etc Lovely breakfast on the last morning. Great driver organised by the hotel to airport- Holy is the best!

Long hair on the floor - not vacuumed well enough. Lift was tiny & glad we didn’t need to use it except for arrival & departure. Need more coffee pods & tea bags in room.

We stayed at this hotel and were extremely impressed! First and foremost, I want to highlight the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home: the staff is always ready to assist, answer any questions, and do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, the hotel is perfectly located — its proximity to major attractions and transport hubs makes it an excellent choice for those planning to explore the city. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, which is also very convenient. We were more than satisfied and will definitely come back again!

The team was super friendly and supportive, had good hints for us and our touristic plans. rooms was spacious, very calm even with the window open in the night, comfortable bed, nice little garden, very green so sit and have a drink, relax, enjoy breakfast. located in between Eiffel tower and Louvre, cafes and restaurants nearby, Saint Germain in short distance by bus, subway line 8 min. away, pier to hop on a boat in 15 min distance by foot.

She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and her helpful tips truly enhanced my visit. Everything was Perfect

Location, cleanliness, attentive staff.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of May and the air conditioning is not working until June they say. You should keep the windows open. The room was on the fourth floor so for us it was not a problem, but in the early morning there was a lot of noise and the pollution was brutal. Otherwise it was very hot during the night. This was very inconvenient for us.
