A huge thank you to the hotel and especially thanks to the staff - Rachid. I am delighted. This is the first time I have seen such a responsive person, he immediately understood what I needed and organized everything. Also, he checked me in earlier so that I wouldn’t have sit and wait couple hours with luggage, because I arrived at 12:30. Rachid provided a high level of service. Very responsive, he was distracted by all my requests and did everything I asked for. And I asked a lot, because I was celebrating a birthday and details are important. The room is stylish I have Gustaf Eiffel room, so beautiful, with a bathroom, I really liked it: clean, spacious, quiet. Bathroom absolutely gorgeous and trendy. Breakfast was so rich(salmon, eggs, muesli, yoghurts, various types of cheeses and sliced meat, baked goods) over good, what I expected. I am impressed. In general, the hotel is gorgeously stylized, just lamps, walls with protruding stones, spa, rugs, steps, everything is just very beautiful, immerses you even more in the French style. Very cozy. The spa is private, opens for each visitor. By the way, I'll also note that the air conditioner worked great, the air in the room was really good, it smelled fresh (the temperature outside was 36), I've rarely seen that in hotels. The location is just perfect, I can easily walk everywhere. The metro is right across the street, also very convenient. I really liked the hotel, I recommend it to everyone, you will definitely be delighted.

Starting with the reservation staff, the experience was delightful. Super helpful staff, amazing breakfast each day and a totally original and adorable room. Would low, love, love to come back!

Nothing - location was superb as well!

The location for the hotel is excellent- the staff are very friendly & helpful. The room is a very good size for how central you are, the decorations are fun. The metro is on your doorstep and cafes and restaurants close by.

The breakfast was limited, and you had to pay for eggs - which seems unfair given that you have already paid for breakfast. The metro line runs through the bottom of the hotel, so if your a light sleeper you’ll probably hear the noise.

The service was fantastic and the location was perfect. I was surrounded by a lot of the main tourist attractions so only a walk away. I only got a cab because I have elderly parents and they struggled to walk sometimes. Breakfast was fresh every morning and we were made to feel very welcome each day we were there. I will be staying there again as I often visit Paris and highly recommend this hotel.

The double and single rooms are a little small but it’s not a negative just something to be aware of. However, the decor and en-suite are kept incredibly prestine.

The staff was excellent. Spoke perfect English and were helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early :) Bonus was a tour of the beautiful house. We highly recommend Spa de Latour Maubourg. Our room was well equipped with full water bottles, a fridge and fancy shampoo. The house was beautifully decorated and the bathroom new. Wife found the whole stay romantic.

We missed their wonderful breakfast due to an early train and asked for a "to-go" bag but at 7AM there was no bag waiting for us. No big deal.

Amazing location , 15 min walk to eiffel tower, a museum right next to hotel , walking distance to lots of important touristic places . Room was lovely , chic style . Metro station right in-front of hotel , famous cafe with eiffel tower view . Also on the streets behind hotel you can see the eiffel tower. Great for pictures

They can improve room cleaning … found a bottle of water in the fridge with something on it … looked terrible … and they didn’t hoovered first day my bathroom … dust and hair all over . The next day was hoovered and clean . I guess depends which staff is on duty

Beautiful boutique hotel In city of Paris

Wonderful stay at Hotel & Spa de Latour Maubourg. A great welcoming upon arrival. Elevator was broken so we were given a free room upgrade. Concierge carried our suitcases up the stairs for us. No mean feat given they both weighed 23kg. Quaint little hotel close to train station. Within short walking distance of many cafes and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

Two words “Exceptionally Excellent”. This hotel exceeded my expectations on all levels. Clean, large rooms, fantastic staff, well appointed rooms that were large and comfortable. Attention to detail in every way (even having pre-strung sewing kit in the room) Joanne & Theo were awesome and helpful. This hotel was in perfect location, under 15min to the Eiffel Tower and 30 seconds from the metro train station, making it easy to get from CDG to the location. I cannot wait to come back to Paris. This will be my hotel of choice. Thank You

You can see that there was some attention to details about the room and facilities of the hotel, everything seemed well treated and clean, for a small hotel with a cozy little breakfast room, it had a good selection. The location is great with 4 or 5 restaurants just around the corner, 15 min walk from the Eiffel tower, we also walked to Louvre and shopping district.

There was a unfortunate misunderstanding with a booking time between 17:00 - 07:00pm The room lighting could be better facing the closed.
