The location was perfect for sight seeing, we could see the Eiffel tower from our bedroom window. We used a hop on-hop off bus to get around all the sights which was about a 15 minute walk away. There were dozens of places to eat in the neighbourhood. The bedroom size was alright for our 2 night stay and the bathroom had an efficient walk in shower. We were glad of the lift as we were on the 4th floor even though it was tiny.

It’s a little tired, tiny lift that was extremely warm and claustrophobic but we hardly spent anytime in the hotel so not overly concerned

It's super close to Eiffel Tower BUT It does not feel touristy! It gives you a real local vibe! You are one block away from a train station, taxi's drive around at all times of the day (which I totally recommend on top of Uber, because you can get a taxi way faster than an uber and it will cost you the same) You have PLENTY TO DO AND EAT at one single minute of walking distance, you have several convenience and souvenir stores, some mini markets and many many restaurants for dinners and breakfasts, you don't have to move outside of a 2-3 block area if you don't want to, just to see the attractions but as far of eating and drinking, you can spend a week within the same area because there is just so much to do, eat and experience. Staff is super professional, on top of everything and they will assist you in anything you need. They arranged transportation from hotel to airport in a safe, big enough taxi vehicle at a far price. Internet was fast for all our devices. If you are thinking about staying in the famous Latin Quarter... DO NOT DO IT, STAY HERE INSTEAD! Few tourists, better restaurants and better costumer service for sure!! Quiet, no crowds, tons of options to eat and drink, We loved it!

Elevator is tiny but like I always say, these building are very old and have been adapted to hotel use and standards. You will only complain about this when you arrive and when you leave because you would be using the elevator with your luggage. It fits one adult and 1-32kg luggage. It fits 2 adults perfectly with no luggage so like I said, you will only complain when you arrive to the hotel.

It’s clean. Comfy location, 15 min from Famous Eiffel Tower. Also Hop Off On bus is close to the Tower to ride around the city (city tour). I enjoy the breakfast, enough bakery, fruits, juice and coffee etc. Very grateful to the reception girl Daizy, very polite, caring.

And be careful to save your receipt on tourist tax 5.20 euro with you, just in case the reception man lost it. Another issue, be careful if you book with “breakfast included” or not, save all info via booking to avoid misunderstanding with the same reception man. And, also, Teapot charging cable didn’t fit the socket.

I LOVED the location of this place!!! I can't stress that enough, there is a really cute alley way less then 3 minutes from the hotel that was full of shops, restaurants, markets and a starbucks is 3 blocks away. Everything we needed was literally right there. Breakfast was an option at the hotel which looked really good BUT having the cute restaurants nearby seemed like a funner experience. We arrived really late which was not a problem at all with staff, and we were surprised to find out we had a beautiful view of the Eiffel tower from both our bed and shower. WOW!!!!!

The cleaning staff must have been in a rush because the restroom was half completed. Our shower towel was missing, as well as our trash can bag and she left cleaning supplies in the restroom. The worst part was our door was left open. LUCKILY nothing was missing but that was just a nice reminder that everyone there was very honest. So no harm done. Staff brought up missing supplies.

Staff were extremely helpful and responsive; the room was the perfect size and had a wonderful view of Rue Cler. It was close to the metro and the Rue Cler market street so it was helpful in the mornings and evenings. It was an absolute pleasure and a wonderful stay.

Not a negative but just in case someone has mobility issues- the elevator is very tiny (about 1 person and luggage only) and the stairwell is small and tight. Again, not an issue for us but if someone can’t move well, then this could be an issue.

The hotel's location was perfect. There were wonderful restaurants in the next street, and it was a walk away from the Eiffel Tower and public transport. The staff were helpful, especially Amel who helped us work out the bus and train systems. The rooms were basic but very clean. As a home base, the hotel suited us perfectly.

We paid for the breakfast for the first morning, but it wasn't value for money. Besides, there are many wonderful restaurants and patisseries outside.

We stayed there when I was running the Paris marathon and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the start and finish on the Champs-Élysées and Arc De Triomphe. The streets around the hotel have some lovely bistros and shops, and the hotel is in an ideal location close to Ecole Militaire and Invalides metro stations as well as a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples who want a great base for exploring this beautiful city.

I can't really fault the hotel. The room was slightly on the small side, but the location more than made up for it as we were always out and about experiencing Paris.

Very Nice boutique hotel, one block off of Rue Cler, and a 5 minute walk from Ecole Militarie metro. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with directions. It was small, but they have a lift! Room was very comfortable with a nice size bathroom. Breakfast was very good. But the best feature was the view outside our window of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night! Ask for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower!

I love the location of the property! Lots of restaurants in the area in walking distance and a nice walk to the Eiffel Tower. The shower was nice and there was always hot water.

The room was small as expected and the elevator was tiny. It says it could fit 3 people but only if you are smurf size😄…my husband is 6ft 3 in 240lbs and I am barely 5ft 3 inches and we were squished. Our towels were not clean when we arrived but they were nice about replacing them. The bed was comfortable but I thought the bedding was old and needed to be updated.
