This was my second time staying at Les Jardins d'Eiffel. Would be happy to stay there again next spring (if the cost hasn't risen again). This time, we had a teeny tiny room for three, where you had to give way because there was not enough room to pass each other. The room was clean, however. The included breakfast was sufficient, consisting of pastries, bread, fruit salad, yoghurts, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, ham, and different cheeses. Hot and cold drinks. Friendly staff, good room service. Good location, app. 300m from a metro station, about 100 metres from a bus station.

The price has more than doubled within 3 years. That was an unpleasant surprise. The room was tiny. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't seem to work. The room card holder was a but broken. And, one of the room cards disappeared from our desk.

The hotel itself is quite good, I went with my fiancée for a 6-days trip to Paris. Quoting the good things: - Breakfast is solid with a lot of options. Hotel staff would ask what kind of hot beverage we would like once we sit at the table (coffee, chocolate, hot water for tea) - The bathroom was quite good with enough space and a great shower. - Hotel located a few minutes from metro stations and bus stops. Also less than 20 minutes walking from the Eiffel Tower and other touristic sites. - Several options restaurants and bakeries/patisseries close to the hotel. - Check in and out were quite easy to do.

Some things that could be improved: - Perhaps offer lunch or dinner in the hotel, when people don’t want to go outside the building. - Although the bathroom had enough space, the room itself was small and I don’t recommend it. I plan to book the same hotel, but a bigger option for the room, in the future. - When staying there, the hotel changed their way to get in the rooms without a decent communication to us. So when we got in our room, our regular key cards didn’t worked and we got worried. It was a minor inconvenience because we were able to get into the lobby and solve it, but I felt that this would show how the hotel is not good in internal and external communication that can be easy to fix.

Location. Location. Location. The hotel is on a quiet street in the 7th, with lots of very good restaurant options, window shopping and Rue Cler is a block away. We walked to the D’Orsay, the Arc de Triomphe, and more. We had a beautiful night view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. We were comfortable enough and for Paris the room rate was not $$$.

The front desk people did not look up and/or greet us once when we entered. We stayed three nights. At the same time, I was getting daily emails from the hotel encouraging me to book activities, airport transfers, etc. I found that annoying. I am sure their location makes this hotel easily successful but having a friendly, helpful staff contributes enormously to the guest’s positive experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. Definitely worth the money for what you get. A special mention goes to the lovely reception team, who were welcoming, helpful, and made check-in a breeze:)

However, there were a few downsides. The bathroom could use some attention, particularly the showerhead which wasn’t in the best condition. Breakfast was quite limited in variety, and unfortunately, the breakfast staff were very slow and didn’t seem particularly friendly, which put a bit of a damper on the morning.

We stayed in a room that had twin beds pushed together. We found the beds and pillows comfortable. It was quiet. We chose this hotel for the location. That was fantastic! There's an amazing pastry shop 2 minutes away (ask front desk) the Metro was 5 minutes away the Eiffel Tower was 12 minutes away. Several restaurants in the area. There is a lot of storage space where you can unpack. There is a small fridge.

The hotel room is very basic. There are no frills. If you are looking for frills go elsewhere. If you are looking for the best location that is budget friendly this is for you. The bathroom was really tight especially if you wanted to close the door. The shower water stream was not great but worked. The only real downside to this room is the carpet. It was older and had stains. This definitely should be replaced. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Great find.

The hotel is spotless, really soft clean carpets in the rooms. The beds were so soft. The bathroom looked brand new and had a bath. We had a sliding door to the outside courtyard, we were on the ground floor, very safe and enclosed. We never heard anyone once we were in our room, it was so quiet. Room had air con for hot and cold, very cosy room when it was so cold out. Location was perfect, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, 15 mins to be under it but she followed us around, we could see her from so many streets near our hotel. We walked to Louvre, walked back to the hotel from Arc De Triomphe, and from the Notre Dame. We never used the Metro, always walking or just a quick Uber. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby including shopping markets, Carrefour is 2 mins away and perfect for drinks and snacks. Check in and check out was so easy. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. Breakfast staff especially nice! They stored our bags after check out. We loved our stay and would recommend it.

We had a comfort twin, so we had two twin beds but they were pushed together, I don't see this as a twin room, you're still asleep right next to each other, not very nice if you're not related or used to sleeping with someone like that. We had enough room to move a side table and a bed so we had the table between the two beds. I did expect this though, it's very common in busy European cities and seemed to be the normal room type for Paris.

Great location, friendly staff (especially to the ones working on breakfast hall), and clean rooms with balcony and nice view. The breakfast was great, and the cappuccino was so good!

I ended up booking an extra day than what I previously had planned. I've been told that could not be a problem. But arriving there, we noticed that we got a smaller room than what we had booked and paid for. At first, I thought it was just for the extra day, as the room I had booked may have been occupied then. But we didn't get any explanation from the staff about it, and stayed in the smaller room for the rest of our stay. Didn't complain to them while there, first time in Paris and all... but it wasn't what we expected and booked, so we did get disappointed.

The location is great and the neighborhood is nice. The room was very quiet and clean. There was a small fridge, a safe, a TV, a desk, two robes and slippers. And a small balcony from where we could see the Eiffel Tower. We had a great experience.

The room and the bathroom were small and breakfast was not included. I know this is within the Paris standard, but considering the price of the hotel, it would be nice to have at least breakfast included.

The Location was excellent, only a short walk to the Train and walkable to destinations. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet, I had the best nights sleep. There was a Starbucks and Boulanger with amazing Baquets nearby and right outside the door was an excellent Italian restaurant that I highly recommend. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The size of the room was small but adequate for our family of 3. There was no iron in the room, I was able to get one but it had to be returned.

We stayed in the hotel for one night, the check-in was very quick, all staff was nice and helpful, they even let us leave our car in the parking after the checkout. Room was clean and we had an amazing view of the Eiffel tower. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.Continental breakfast was included in the room price and there was plenty of tasty food including eggs, bacon and sasuages. We would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Can't really fault the place.. bit narrow and steep ways in parking especially if you drive a big car but we managed just fine.
