Nice team on reception, always a smiley face. Room was nice, decorated lovely and modern (I did think we would get some peculiar decor from the pictures but our room wasn’t like that!) Bed comfortable. Location is great for getting everywhere within reasonable walking time. Regardless of what I didn’t like I would return here as it was fab for sleep and location.

We stayed 2 nights and was offered a room clean on the day inbetween. I felt kind of awkward and just said no it’s fine as I didn’t want to be a nuisance but it would have been nice to come back to the room having a quick freshen up. I haven’t stayed in a hotel with this approach before so it caught me off guard. (Usually it is just done). I did tell them it was my daughters 16th birthday while we were away but they didn’t have anything to offer in terms of adding to the celebration (which I happily would of paid for if they’d offered). Wasn’t told about breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute Parisian, boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Loved seeing the Eiffel Tower from out hotel’s front gate everyday. Breakfast was great and fresh everyday.

N/A, but Paris is hosting 2024 Summer Olympics so there was construction on the street and sidewalks in front of hotel.

Shout out to the super friendly and professional staff who speak numerous languages, and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful! Amazing location. Lots of cafes and eateries on the same street with a bank machine literally outside the hotel building and a supermarket just across the street. Great shower, tea and coffee facilities in the room and complementary bottle of water per guest on arrival. Extra pillows were provided in the wardrobe.

As standard in central Paris, the room was a little small but the hotel does a great job with the available space. We had the mezzanine room for 2 adults and 1 child and whilst a little tight, it worked fine, with enough storage for 3 carry-on size suitcases and clothes. The door between the toilet and the downstairs sofa/bed is a little flimsy and noises carry which didn’t bother us as we’re 10 years married but it might be a little unsettling for a brand new couple.

Danny at reception is extremely kind, supportive so also Adil and Morris. They speak English and help us for directions and are very warm. On day 2 of my stay, I had to leave at 6.30 am for a tour and Morris Went and got fresh breads for Breakfast so I could eat and leave. Tho They have very limited choice for vegetarians for Breakfast the breads and croissants are delicious bought fresh daily. You step out of the Property and look right and Eiffel tower is seen. The location is awesome, safe and super eateries and bar around.

For breakfast for vegetarians please add more salad veggies and sauce like thousand island or some dressings so we can make a sandwich. The room number 5 has 2 doors and it's inconvenient to get out with Bags. The fan in room has 1 speed only. The fan connection is with 2 more lights so the moment you switch off the lights, fan too stops. The coffee in coffee machine in breakfast room is very luke warm. One can't get piping hot coffee

Close to restaurants, pharmacy, boulangerie/bakery, and with a view of Eiffel Tower. Yes, you can literally see the Eiffel and you can also take decent photos with it. As you enter the hotel, there is a mini garden on the side with tables and chairs. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Forgot to take their names but the curly guy at the reception during the day was very accomodating. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but he said we can check in early with no additional cost, he then checked the room if it was clean. We didn't availed the breakfast so we don't know how the breakfast lounge looks like. Also, when we had problem with the safe box, the staff immediately helped us (the battery was low so he had to change it). The room is not too large, just enough for 2 people. There is kettle in the room, with choices of tea and coffee. 2 free water only during first day of stay. They are known to be an eco-friendly hotel so plus points. Enjoy 😊

Rooms are thin walled, we can hear the chairs moving next door. The lift is very small but understandable because of the structure of the building. If you have loads of luggages, you might need to come back and forth.

We rented a studio apartment adjacent to the hotel. Staff were wonderful. Assisted with baggage as apt was up about 65 steps. Very helpful with advice and arranging airport transport. Good nighttime view of upper part of Eiffel Tower from bedroom. Great location.

We liked it but other travellers from North America might not understand that the layout of the apartment is quite representative of live in historic parts of Paris and of many historic cities in Europe.

This hotel is in a great location with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The tower is a fifteen minute walk. There are also dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of items including fresh fruit, eggs, and pastries. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The room is tiny—but fine for two people.

Location: perfect for walking to very many attractions. Very quiet and felt safe with 24hr concierge. Local restaurants pricey but recommend the Italian a few doors along. La Parisienne best patisserie Staff- all superb. Lady and man concierge extremely kind and helpful. Super room cleaning Incredibly comfortable beds unlike any other! Courtyard at front of property is charming. We bought pastries and took our breakfasts in peace there. Fair sized fridge in room. Perfect if you're on a budget. Shower was nice. Liked the approach to being eco friendly. Smallish room, but not for Paris!

Booking.com said we had Garden views but had bins instead - see pic (room 10). Didn't bother us much but recommend you phone hotel to check if you are concerned. Maintenance and practicalities of room not great. One v uncomfortable metal chair. Torn wallpaper, drawer knob missing, broken chest of drawers that has no room to open. Wrong choice of tiles in shower means that there a lot of black mould in the shower which is not good

Quirky, clean, quiet and central. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a varied buffet and delicious. Our room was warm, cozy and clean. Security safe in room with usual tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was a very invigorating rainfall shower.

The front entrance had a few bins outside and the gates looked locked. We realised though that we just needed to push them. The gates not the bins! 😉

The hotel is very well-situated in an area with lots of cafes and restaurants and within 5 minutes walk of a metro station so very convenient. It's a charming little hotel in a quiet side street ,well run and with friendly staff at Reception. The hotel prides itself on being eco- friendly and there was a great selection of mueslis and nuts in the breakfast buffet ,as well as natural yoghurt and good bread. The room was small but the bed was super-comfortable. All very clean.

The size of the room -rather cramped but this is often the case in Paris .
