The room temperature was nice. The bathroom was well appointed. The free mini bar (4 items: orange juice, coke, sparkling water and something else). Best location to stay in Paris - will definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was a step between the room with the bed in it and the bathroom; i tripped on it. Perhaps there should be an automatic light at night to illuminate it. I didnt have the breakfast included, but it didn't look too comprehensive... I feel it should have just been automatically included for the room price.

Staff were pleasant (except one gentlemen who was beyond kind and helpful - John maybe) and the room was presented beautifully, very clean! Though we were thrown to have a room on the ground floor off the courtyard, we ended up really liking it. Room was a decent size for Paris and the bathroom was big. The room had a mini fridge and you were allowed to help yourself without an extra charge and they would restock if you had your room made up - this was incredibly kind! Lots of Nuxe products which was heaven and lots of towels provided. Also the robe and slippers were a lovely touch. Breakfast was good, small space but there were never more than 3-4 groups so never felt squashed. Location was good to the Eiffel Tower, however given its Paris, everything else is spread out so much you end up walking/ catching the metro anyway. On that, the metro station was very close!

Unfortunately there was no screens or edge to the shower so water would spray everywhere, we were thankful to have extra towels because we needed 2-3 bath mats/ small towels to keep the water under control. There was an odd smell to the room upon entry and even after it was made up, not sure if the air con needs cleaning. It was a very dark room during the day so we had to constantly have lights on which meant we had to close curtains so no one in the courtyard could see into our room. On the positive side, we had some great sleeps because of the black out curtains. The wardrobe was small so I couldn’t hang most of my clothes (dresses) - not a big deal just haven’t experienced it before.

Placement is excellent at walking distance from many attractions, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff is very pleasured and provides great support for all issues. The rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable, we used minibar and coffee machine each day.

For our 4 adults and 2 children family trip we were needed to order 3 rooms. One room was large, one middle-sized and one very small. 2 rooms' windows were to internal garden direction, so all guests were a part of all conversations ( it was a little bit noisy).

We were a family of 4 with 2 separate rooms. Both rooms were lovely, however very different so I think it is a little luck of the draw. Our room was very spacious, modern, lovely decor, beautiful bathroom, and from my window, I could see the beautiful Eiffel Tower. Our 2nd room was much smaller, no where to put a suitcase but still very lovely, modern and comfortable. In addition to this, our teenage daughter was an unwell. The hotel staff were so accommodating and pleasant to deal with with our requests to try and support her.

The location was amazing. It was close to the Eiffel Tower and the metro and there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. It was also very clean. The air conditioner was cold and it felt great. The room was also bigger than I expected. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

The only thing the hotel was missing is a balcony for the room. But honestly it didn't matter because we spent most of our time outside of our room.

Very clean room, never seen a room with so many plugs which is good, too many towels and robes which is also good. Good location, with many stores, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, and tourist spots all within short walking distances.

The breakfast “buffet” was not very good compared to other places that I have been, even at the same price point. The male staff was fairly rude and not very helpful at all. The female staff was a little better.

Location was great. The street has a view of the Eiffel Tower. Its a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel with many cute restaurants/shops to stop at along the way with a partial view of it as well, so that was cool. Theres many bakeries as well as a Carefour and Starbucks if anyone is looking for that. I chose the Parisian bakeries for breakfast and food on the go. The rooms look in at each other with an open roof middle. I liked that so that I could still be “outside” at night. Room was compact, but that’s typical for Europe. A/C worked really well and that was a plus during the heat wave this week. best part… the bed! Super comfortable!

As said, a bit compact space but that’s typical of Europe. So it’s not a “dislike” just sharing so first timers are aware.

Amazing hotel surpassed all expectations. Lovely cute courtyard, friendly staff, and we were given the accessible room which is wheelchair friendly (would definitely recommend for any people with mobility issues). So many facilities including dressing gowns and free drinks from mini fridge! 24 hour reception were very helpful when we forgot our toothbrushes. Beautiful room and a bed that was very comfy!

Breakfast was slightly overpriced for what was available but the breakfast was very nice still!

Location is excellent without noise or safety concerns as much as can be possible in a city like Paris. Room was clean and staff and service was awesome. I stayed at this hotel in 1997 and returned to it in 2024- I wasn't disappointed!!

Cleaning staff forgot to make up room as twin share. Poor concierge was wonderful. She sort bedding and made up the beds for us whilst we went for an afternoon celebratory drink for our arrival in Paris. What's not to like about this hotel?!
