Beautiful apartment in lovely part of Paris. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and other attractions. Beautiful markets one street away. Concierge service available by telephone were very helpful.

Only minor inconvenience was need to carry luggage up one flight of stairs. For apartments above the first floor there is a lift.

Location. We walked to everywhere. Shops and all major attractions are near by. Apartment is very lovely.

The plumbing in the bathroom vanity unit was not good. it took along time for water to drain off the sink. Wifi did not work properly.

This property was exceptional!! It was super clean and smelled wonderful…two bathrooms with showers and then an additional toilet in the hallway. We started our 2 week European vacation here and we were sad to leave. I would 100% stay here again. The beds were comfortable and there was a washing machine/dryer/ electric stove top, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and dual AC. Everything you could ask for PLUS the water pressure and rainforest shower heads were AMAZING!!! The location was excellent…grocery store/restaurants/shopping/gelato/produce store and more literally right around the corner. We were able to walk everywhere from here including the Eiffel Tower and the louvre. We even walked to notre dame which was a little far but the last day we took the metro and it was just 4 minutes away. BOOK THIS PLACE!!! I did a TON of research and this hit the ball out of the park. We were a family of 5 and I didn’t want to have to get two hotel rooms…this was perfect.

Just make sure you call to activate your code for entry into the apartment. Code works for entry to the building and to the luggage storage area.

We loved everything about our apartment. It was clean, comfortable, perfect location. Couldn’t fault it! After long days of walking and exploring Paris, coming back to this perfect little apartment was always a treat!

a few tea towels would be nice. But that is only if I being picky.

The location of this apartment was perfect - we could walk almost everywhere (especially if it wasn't so hot)! The apartment was very charming and nicely decorated and appointed.

The bathroom situation was a bit strange: what we thought would be the main bedroom had a sink & shower in the bathroom but the toilet was out in the living room. The other room we used as the main bedroom, had what seemed like a full bathroom but the shower was handheld and we couldn't get it to work. Luckily, there was another bathroom with shower & sink in the living room (next to the separate toilet). So, effectively, the person sleeping on the sofabed in the living room was the only one with a full bathroom (shower & toilet). Having said that, the charm and location of this apartment more than made up for the little inconvenience of having to use different rooms.

Cute neighborhood to call home for a week. Everything we needed was right around the corner on Rue Cler or steps away. Metro La Tour Maubourg entrance was so close and in a park-like setting. Had 4th floor so view of Eiffel was great. Cozy beds and pillows Was nice to have two showers and a tub. Using hairdryer popped some of the breakers so had to get them reset the next day, so use Low setting perhaps. Rug in living room has curled edges so moved chairs around to avoid tripping. Washing and drying machine was hard to operate. Refrigerator needs updating. Overall a nice stay and staff was friendly.

Perfect location - close to Eiffel Tower and many restaurants, but still quiet over weekends Nice, clean and spacious apartment Good service (we wanted to drop our baggage in the morning ahead of check-in and QR code for luggage room did not work - we called and within 2min someone opened the door and took our luggage which was later directly put into our room)

Our only complaint are the blinds - it does not really get dark in the room - so either this is no issue for you or you should bring your eye mask (we had small children and went to sleep relatively early, maybe less if an issue if you go to sleep late night)

I recently stayed at this apartment in Paris and couldn’t have been more pleased. What an amazing apartment located right in the center of the city with a view of the Eiffel Tower from the master bedroom. Three bathrooms inside the apartment was a great thing to have. Very stylish decorated, everything was perfectly clean and the beds as well as the bed linens and duvet were very comfy. So many restaurants, supermarkets and shops are just around the corner. Plus it is a short walking distance to the Eiffel tower. Great communication with the property management as well through whatsapp and direct messaging through Booking.com. All in all, we loved it!!

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect.

The location is perfect, the beds were so comfortable and the apartment was clean and well set up.

The worst part of the accomodation was the QR code to enter both the street door and the apartment door. Luckily I sent the code to my daughters phone as well because my phone most often didn't work to operate the apartment door for some reason. Plus we were always afraid that our phone batteries would die out before we could get to the apartment to open the door. I would have prefered a key or even a door code situation.
