The staff were very helpful and nice. Met 3 different desk person and all 3 were very friendly. They will guide you where to go, suggest great places to eat and tell you where the best places to take pictures. Place was very quiet even during the busy days of the Olympics. Hotel was minutes walk away to the Eiffel Tower. Great places to eat just outside the hotel. Minutes walk to the tram.

This place is perfect for couples. They don’t have double beds or adjoining rooms for family. If your kids are old enough and ok to be alone in the room then it’s fine. But I would’ve rate this hotel a 10 for couples. The bathroom is really tight I managed but I wish it was another 2 feet bigger in the shower. Elevator only fits 1 luggage and 1 person but it’s better than nothing. Some hotels don’t have an elevator/lift.

The location was superb, the staff wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice. The bathroom was cosy but ample. We had to leave before 5am and staff were on hand to assist. Very clean hotel with lovely decor and positioned close to metro stations, restaurants and of course, the Eiffel Tower.

We struggled a little with the luggage even though there was a lift. 7-8 spiral stairs from the lift to landing are fine for fit young people with light luggage but we were older travellers with international luggage allowances 😀

I booked for the location; it is close to the Eiffel Tower and just a few steps away. Also, restaurants, bakeries, and cafes are very near. Everything you would need is close to you. The workers were very nice.

I booked a room for one person and I was not expecting it to be small. I had a washroom of my own, but the room was very small, and the view wasn't so as expected, but for the price I paid, it was good; I got a room close to the eiffel tower for only about 70 Euros which is really good.

Excellent location close to Eiffel Tower, metro and eateries.

Water from shower would sometimes flow from shower to the carpet.

The staff was great and welcoming. The walk to the eiffel tower is a easy walk. You are close by to lots of stores and restaurants.

The room, elevator and shower was much smaller than anticipated. I am 5'2 125lbs and if you are wider and much taller you will have to use the winding stairs to do your luggage and struggle in the shower. I thought I would be able to see the eiffel tower from the hotel but you can't you have to walk there.

It was walking distance from Eiffel Tower and from a lovely Boulangerie! The rooms were very clean and air conditioning worked fantastically! The staff was helpful and kind! Even when we didn’t speak French at all. Breakfast was delicious! And even though the breakfast nook was small they had plenty of options for our families varied tastes! I would recommend this as a great option for Paris travelers!

It is somewhat expected that bathroom and shower space is small in Europe, so it wasn’t a surprise that the bathrooms were tiny. For my tall and tired husband it was a little hard to shower, but still manageable. The elevator worked but opened to the stairwell, so heavy luggage took more effort to get to the rooms.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Perfectly situated within minutes of The Eiffel Tower & in a lovely area surrounded by gorgeous cafes & restaurants. Fantastic staff. All very helpful, kind & welcoming. Immaculately clean and a gorgeous “French” boutique feel. We loved it & would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing really. We were 3 adults staying in one room… yes it was “snug” and the bathroom was “small” but we were all very comfortable (each had a single bed) It was also our choice to be together rather than having 2 separate rooms. The room was beautiful & clean, fresh towels daily, and tea/ coffee making facilities too…would have liked milk, but not a real problem as I drink black coffee.

Very noisy. Doors constantly slamming were extremely loud. We were in first room pass Lobby.

As soon and my daughter and I entered the lobby was greater by Zaid I hope I spelled correctly. He was so nice and so was all the people who worked there. Everyone was so kind. The room was smaller then I expected for my daughter and I . It was clean , smelled good and I slept great. All our 3 big luggage fit perfect into the small Space. It was cozy. We also were just 12 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Everything was close cafes , stores . I would stay again definitely.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect to make our trip So enjoyable. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was so clean and comfortable! It’s small compared to North American standards, but your in Europe and that’s the to be expected. As for the location, 10 out of 10. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower, cafes, restaurants, shops, and metro. It’s such a wonderful location!!!! I miss it already.

The elevator 🛗 is quite possibly the smallest in the world. And because of this, it brings the property character! I love everything about this hotel! Even the optional breakfast is superb!
