The hotel's location was quite convenient, situated close to Eiffel tower and public transportation options. The staff were polite and generally helpful during our stay. Cleaning services were good, and our room was kept tidy and orderly throughout our visit. The hotel met our basic needs.

The hotel appears quite dated and could use some updates to improve its overall appeal. The room was very small. Additionally, the bathroom was not pleasant to use for showering. One significant downside was the lack of air conditioning. Although we were aware of this before our stay, it became a real issue during the warmer parts of the day. The room quickly became stuffy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax or sleep well.

The location was excellent for evening walks as well as visiting a local patisserie or two for breakfast. Also, close to a train station and two bus routes. In other reviews I read a lot of comments about the lack of lights in the hallway - the switches with the little orange lights on them are for the hallway lights and they’re on a timer as to not waste energy. So just turn them on as you go, and they turn the lights off about five minutes later. Additionally, it might be helpful to share that we had four USB-A plugs in our room. This would have saved me buying and bringing a travel adapter if I had known. I ended up not needing the adapter at all. I can’t guarantee all the rooms have that feature but room 34 certainly did!

Soundproofing between rooms was just fine - but between the hallway and the room it was fairly loud.

The location is exceptionally good. A couple of their rooms have Eiffel Tower view so you can ask for it. We had it and we could see it from our bed. The staff is very helpful and always available. Do not expect any facility apart from cleaning. The breakfast is okay. You will get fresh, warm croissant and juice. If you intend to spend most of your time outside rather than the room, this is the best place to stay as the room is cozy but comfortable. You have everything around you. Carrefour, great food places (Michelin star restaurants), great coffee and dessert places and most importantly Eiffel Tower is at walking distance! I would stay here again. I highly recommend this if you are on a budget.

There was no kettle or coffee machine or coffee sachets in the room.

Excellent location for visiting Eiffel Tower and surrounding district. Room was comfortable and clean. Lots of cafes and excellent bakery nearby.

Shower was hot and powerful but would have been better if you could adjust the shower head. The brown bed spreads made the room look old fashioned but much better when they were put in the wardrobe and beds just left with the sheet.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful! A very warm welcome and they were more than happy to answer questions. They talked me through, step by step, on how to get to the airport by train/metro, which made me feel so much more confident. Would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately the walls in the rooms are quite thin which meant I was woken up a few times by other guests (my daughter was not bothered by this!) but this was the only slight issue that was had in, otherwise, a really lovely stay.

Perfectly located. Centre of town, minutes from the Eiffel Tower, great cafes and great eateries. Safe area excellently connected. Small quaint rooms, but no one should spend much time in their hotel rooms in a city like Paris!

The moment we arrived we was greeted by a wonderful staff member who remembered it was our sons 16th birthday and we received a free mini bar and breakfast the following morning. Great breakfast to start off our first day in Paris (worth buying as well) The hotel lobby was clean, and same throughout the property. Location 10/10 and a stones throw away from the Eiffel Tower. Metro close. Buses super easy. Plenty of restaurants, food shops are nearby.

My only fault was the beds were smaller sized singles and out tv didn’t work. (None of which would put me off staying again) it’s just personal preference (I’m 6ft so a small single doesn’t work for me)

What I like the most was the location. It was perfect. Residential area, elegant, quiet and safe, at only a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro. Also there is an amazing patisserie down the street, cakes and croissants are out of this world.

The breakfast was very basic, we didn't have it in the hotel because they didn't cook eggs.

The room did not have air conditioning, only some fans. It got pretty warm and we were forced to sleep with windows opened, which in turn made the noise from the street come in directly
