It had everything we needed. The studio apartment was small but the space was well utilized. They were so many restaurants near by. Also several grocery stores.. Where ever I had a question the owners got back to us almost immediately. They were very accommodating. We would just walk to the Eiffel Tower. It was a short walk to the metro station. We also walked several other places. We enjoyed the wonderful restaurants that were in the area.

We cannot think of a thing. We were well satisfied.

This aparthotel worked perfectly for two of us. It is clean, and it had everything we needed. It is small, which was not a problem at all. We were not in the room much anyway. The description was exactly what we found. Beatrice and Emmanuel were very helpful, answering every question almost immediately! They arranged a taxi for us for a very early morning departure, which was a tremendous help. Also, the location was wonderful. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. We would go there again.

Temporarily there is construction, so some things were dusty going up the stairs and in the room. We have NO complaints about that. It is just a fact, and we know the project will soon be completed. Our hosts notified us beforehand so it was not a surprise. They do everything they can so that it doesn’t bother the guests. They are very considerate, and we appreciated that.

The accomodation was great. Cozy, but that’s like most accomodation in the heart of Paris. Fantastic location which allowed us to get everywhere easily on foot, and the hosts Beatrice and Emmanuel truly went above and beyond with their hospitality. Beatrice continuously communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure we were equipped with everything we needed. We ran into Emmanuel on our last day and as we were waiting for our Uber he noticed we were having a few issues communicating our location with the driver and we were starting to panic as we were cutting it close for our train to Brussels. Without hesitation, Emmanuel offered to speak to the driver and gave him directions, staying with us until the driver arrived to make sure we were picked up. Thanks to Emmanuel, we made our train a few minutes before departure. This level of care really meant a lot to us.

Amazing location! Right near the Eiffel Tower & public transportation. There was a really good breakfast spot nearby too called Kozy Bosquet. Highly recommend for the location.

Loud neighbors & people outside. It was hard to sleep. Thankfully I put on some sleep music to help.

The location is phenomenal. I prefer to stay on hte left bank in the 7th when I visit Paris. The location is right near the metro, restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. The 7th has a great neighborhood feel and this location puts one right in the middle of it.

The room was a bit tight even for two people. I have spent a lot of time in Paris and the room was average in that regard. But, if traveling with larger baggage the space can get crowded. Further, the walk up access is very small and can make carrying one's luggage a challenge. Additionally, the room was starting to see signs of being dated and needing some updates.

The location of the room is excellent, it is right in the main focus points of Paris. We had no issue with the transportation. Plus, it is very very close to the Eiffel Tower, that we had enjoyed a lot. The room was very clean. It was smaller than we expected but there were everything that you may need in a room: Coffee machine, hairdryer, additional heater, plates,TV.. etc. The staff was also very friendly, kind and helpful. According to also my previous experiences, I can say that if you would like to spend some days in Paris, here is one of the best offers in the city.

The room is really small, especially the bathroom. However, it is not a big problem for a short stay in Paris.

Fantastic location. Quiet, but very close to everything. And superb air conditioning.

Small room, but was a great use of space

Great location, walking distance to Eiffel tower, restaurants, grocery stores and metro stations. The hosts were kind to give me an early check-in.

I knew the room was small, but the bathroom was even smaller.

The room we were given (3G) was amazing. The shower, kitchen and dining areas were located in the first floor and the bed was located in the attic/second . It was very spacious for my son and me. Although there is no staff onsite, the agent was responsive with e-mail. Location was also great: 5 minutes walk to the metro and 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel. There was also many restaurants and cafe around. I highly recommend Arnaud Nicolas, about 5 mins walk from the apartment!

Despite the modern interior decoration, the apartment itself is old and a little dusty. The staircase is very narrow and there is no lift. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with large suitcase.

This is a small but very well thought out apartment. I found everything here from coffee capsules to a brush and dustpan (which was important because I was staying for 8 nights). The location is excellent. Next to Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, the major museums are within walking distance. The apartment is located near the metro, there are supermarkets and bakeries nearby. A gentle cat lives in the courtyard.

Occasionally, the bathroom smelled of sewage, but this was easily solved thanks to ventilation.
