The room met all of comfort needs and the roof top bar with view of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular to enjoy a glass of bubbles! The proximately of cafe's around us made the property very accessible.

I know it's Paris, and I know we chose the location, but the price was pretty high for the property.

Brilliant location, so many lovely places to eat in Rue Cler and surrounding area. Metro 200 yards away, boulangerie and supermarkets close by too. A safe friendly Parisien district!!! Loved it. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was very welcome. The kitchenette and coffee machine were very useful and we had everything we needed. But by far the highlight of our stay was the amazing roof top terrace with beautiful views of the rooftops and the Eiffel Tower. We often had drinks up there and it was empty. We highly recommend going up for the after dark , hourly sparkle shows on the tower. Truly magical. As a family visiting we have made memories of a lifetime!! ❤️🇫🇷

Nothing - lived it all!

The property is centrally located in an area that’s close to the Eiffel Tower and walking distance to other attractions. There was a great restaurant bar, bakery, and other locations like a market and a post office that we’re all very close to this Hotel.

Considering what we paid for four nights for two rooms the space was a bit small, which I was not expecting and I wish I would’ve known the exact idea of the kind of room we were going to get because the website when you book has pictures of I guess all the different rooms that they have and I was expecting bigger.

Much thanks to the staff at the reception desk—very helpful, friendly, and professional. Thank you, especially, for warmly welcoming my mother visiting from the U.S. We lived in Paris for two years before moving to the countryside and I chose this hotel for its location, knowing that my mom and her friend would enjoy the proximity of the markets and cafes of Rue Cler, just minutes away by foot. Line 8 is nearby as is the bus, but it was great for my elderly mom to walk to amenities without the need of transportation. The room with the view of the Tour Eiffel made their trip very special! An ideal “gateway” location to Paris for first-time visitors.

Definitely a more touristy part of the city, which has its pros and cons. A friend lives nearby (literally in a building a few doors away) and I recommended the hotel when she needs overflow lodging for guests.

Great location, near Eiffel Tower and has a metro station, minutes away. The staff are the very best in Paris!! I’ve never before received a phone call when landed at Charles de Gaulle to welcome me to Paris and ask if they could assist with our check in! Phenomenal! We received a warm welcome in the cosy reception and were given a well informed brief of the facilities available. The room was clean, spacious (by Parisian standards), tastefully decorated, comfortable and a pleasure to experience. The room was cleaned daily and cleaned well. When we checked out, the reception staff, without hesitation took our belongings until we were ready to leave for the airport. I’d strongly recommend this hotel, based on the quality of the staff, location and all round value. Thank you.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location near restaurants especially the Kozy cafe, Eiffel tower and other attractions. Well kept place.

The space is small especially the elevator and floor hallway, which is not surprising in Europe. There was a motion light in the hallway on our floor. It's completely dark when not activated. Best to change that to maintain a level of comfort for guests coming and going especially at night. Had to wave our hand in the hall before it turned on and we stepped out. Otherwise, a nice place.

The location was fantastic, and from the room there was a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The rooms weren’t large but they were a good size and had a large, comfortable bed and a nice seating area. There was a small kitchenette with crockery, glasses and cutlery. The staff were very friendly and the view from the roof terrace was beautiful. There is complimentary water for the rooms as well as tea and coffee that is replaced each day. The room was decorated in a lovely style and felt very cosy. We would recommend here and stay again.

There were just a couple of things that I think would have made it slightly better. There was no tea towel/dishcloth in the room so drying your dishes was a bit difficult. There was no coat hooks in the room so nowhere to hang your jacket when you’ve come back (as it was snowing during our stay we didn’t want to put them in the wardrobe with our clothes). The other thing to note is that there’s only one lift (to be expected) but this meant there were times where it was a lengthy wait to use it as housekeeping we’re using it to take cleaning items up to each of the 6 floors or there were other guests using it. This wasn’t a huge issue, but worthwhile leaving yourself some extra time.

Had the most wonderful stay at Rayz Eiffel. I’ve stayed in Paris a couple times. However Rayz Eiffel would have to be the best place we’ve stayed in so far. Clean and modern hotel! Great location! 5-10 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. 2 mins walk to École Militaire station. Gorgeous local cafes. A great farmers market behind the hotel. Stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from the hotel’s rooftop. Not to mention the staff were nothing short of amazing. Helped us with all questions and enquiries. Will definitely stay there for my next trip to Paris.

No complaints at all!!

Really comfy and cosy, great location with easy access. Room was great and the staff were easy to ask for assistance. Actually had a fully equipped mini kitchen in the room with hobs and sink which was quite different. Plenty of utensils to use for it too with a microwave. Drinking water was via big bottles and it was actually really nice considering it was water. Just ask at reception and they replenish them.

No bar or eating facilities on site but that was no Biggie, supermarket was just at the bottom corner 1 min away.

Perfect location, 3 minutes to Ecole Militaire metro which was good for all connections we needed. Eiffel Tower was 10 mins walk. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and supermarket nearby. Soundproofed room. Really comfortable bed, very good shower. Staff very helpful and friendly. Able to leave suitcases so we could enjoy sightseeing after checkout . Lovely terrace where we took our glass of wine to watch the light show on the Eiffel Tower. Loved my view from the room , we could see the top of the tower. We had a superior studio. Would definitely stay again . Thank you Rayz Eiffel and to the excellent staff.
