Wonderful Stay at Le Grand Hôtel cayre I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location in Saint-Germain is perfect, close to cafes, boutiques, and major attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy Paris in comfort and style.

I faced a few issues: the reception was sometimes unresponsive, the restaurant service closes too early, and there’s no luggage assistance available. Despite these points, it’s a nice hotel with a great atmosphere

Perfect design, room size (excellent for Paris) and hotel location (close to all sights, Latin quarter, restaurants and shopping). Wonderful bed and coffee in the room. Great view.

100 euro deposit per night, which is a bit much when u stay 7+nights (700 euro blocked); room cleaning can be slightly better and neater

The atmosphere was chic and artistic and the lobby/bar area was a great space to relax or serve as our gathering point. Room was comfortable, great view and surprisingly quiet. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and freshest orange juice I’ve had in a while, expect a basket of pastries and a few menu breakfast options to choose from (all were great but a bit small). Metro was literally outside and several other stations walking distance. Would stay again next time in Paris.

Rooms were a bit small but that’s expected for Paris, biggest complaint was the awkward placement of a mirror with direct view of the glass bathroom door.

We began our stay (took a side trip to Normandy) and ended our stay at Le Grand Hotel Cayre and both were exceptional. The staff was welcoming upon arrival and everyone we encountered was attentive and polite. We were celebrating our anniversary, so they acknowledged the occasion with a sweet and kind gesture upon arrival. Our rooms were decorated in a classic Parisian style, yet in a modern way. Very quiet and comfortable, with all of the necessary amenities. The location was very convenient, near a Metro station which made traveling throughout the city a breeze. Many wonderful restaurants and shops located within a short walking distance. Le Grand Hotel Cayre was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and we will never forget how special the staff made us feel.

. The hotel personal was tops I must say - they would help you with the luggage all the way to where the Uber or taxi were waiting . The breakfast was very good - the service in the restaurant was spotless. Dennis and the other gentleman that I don’t recall his name were very attentive and aimed to please.

The property is very nice and the location is good too - unfortunately there was a taxi demonstration that lasted my whole stay - Pretty nasty. The had explosives that would go up in the middle of the night - unison horn beeping of 200 cars That was not fun either- sleeping was intermittent to say the least - in order to grab an Uber you had to walk a block and a half. None of this was the hotel fault I must point out. Hopefully that the taxi demonstration that had no regard for the tourism that ultimately feeds them.

The location, room standards are excellent

The breakfast is a total dissapointment. I have stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and then it was open buffet breakfast with a lot of options. Now it is a fixed menu, with almost no options. Egg is not tasty and you don't have any alternatives included in the fixed menu. Everything else you need to pay extra. You can have one tea or coffe and the second one you need to pay for. No salads, no cheese nothing. And this breakfast menu is totally overpriced. You can get a much better breakfast for cheaper in any high ranked cafe all around. I have shared this critism with the staff who returned with a sympathy smile and nothing else.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The experience was exactly as shown in the photos - everything looks just as stunning in person. The superior -city view room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The interior is amazing with brilliantly considered details. Bathroom super clean. The location is both safe and amazing, making it perfect to explore the charming st germain. Highly recommend!

However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. while it was included in the price, there was a little variety, with only three options available. If you wanted to change something, there is an extra cost. Overall, the stay is great, but the breakfast could use some improvement

Fantastic location. Gorgeous interior for stylish comfort - a step well above generic hotel decor and stuffy historic or antique vibes from some other options. The best ever coffee served at the bar/ lounge area near reception and the staff are friendly and professional. We didn’t eat a sit-down meal at the hotel restaurant but we would have liked to if we had more time than a weekend.

The rooms are not large but that is understandable for the area. The space is creatively and well presented within the rooms. I like a bath but there are few rooms with these available, so if it is important to you - request it in advance!

Customer service was excellent. Enrico and Maria were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was huge for Paris! We had a lovely view of the street below and the surrounding buildings. The bed and bedding were so comfortable, it was like sleeping in a cocoon. We ate 3 meals on property and all of them were delicious and the service was wonderful. This location is fantastic as it is close to the metro and bus. It's walking distance to Musee D'Orsay and other attractions. Another nice thing is that it wasn't in a touristy area. There was a market close by. The room was quiet and well appointed. The interior of the hotel is very updated and clean. This was probably one of the nicest hotels we stayed in throughout our trip.

I struggled using the Aero Guest app to open my room door (it worked fine in the elevator) but Enrico gave us each a plastic room key, which solved the problem. I wish there were more items on their menus, but despite that, all of the meals we had were delicious.

Although the personnel were kind in general, considering that I had made the payment for our stay in full (and weeks ago), I think the way I was asked for a security deposit (a EUR100 provision from my credit card) was pretty rude: the lady at the reception literally said they need it because I could possibly "walk away without paying for the extras."
