A fantastic hotel in every way. Perfectly located. Quiet. Super clean. Élégant. The staff made me and my mum feel so welcome. Loved the cute courtyard. There’s a great café just next door. We were upgraded to a larger room upon arrival for free. (And without even asking for an upgrade, which is amazing customer service.) There was also a handwritten welcome note from the hotel manager in our hotel room. A couple of days before our arrival we were asked about what kind of amenities we would like in the room. So we felt really looked after. I was delighted to find a Nespresso machine in the room. There were also free croissants in the lobby every afternoon. I had amazing time at this hotel and can’t wait to go back again.

The sofa bed was broken when we opened it up but was fixed the next day when we reported it. There is currently workers in the next door building and the noise is excessively loud as they are drilling continually but I think this is generally after a certain hour.

The location is excellent. Quiet yet only a 7 minute walk from the river and a 10 minute walk from the Louvre. The reason for my trip was to go to the Musee d’Orsay which was a 15 minute walk from the hotel. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. There is a great cafe next door where I ate 3 times. And eating places everywhere to cater for all tastes - and wallets!

Everything was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. My room was small but had everything I needed. The window overlooked the internal courtyard which meant there wasn’t much natural light but that didn’t matter as I was exploring the city in the daytime.

The location is perfect!!! In the middle of the St Germain area surrounded with cafes, boutiques, and easy access to taxis, metro . I always ask for a Prestige room, since I like the set up and bathroom. The room faces Rue Jacob but the double pane windows and thick curtains keep the room quiet. Breakfast is in a cute dining room by the courtyard and is very nice. The bed, pillows and the covers were super soft and comfy . Love it!!! Nice size closet and a safe to keep valuables. The bathroom is large and super comfortable. There is a water closet, shower with glass doors, jacuzzi tub and a large sink with a long cabinet to keep all toiletries comfortably. Fully loaded with Hair dryer, Kleenex, and a towel rack that is heated so towels are always dry and warm . NICE!!! The staff is very helpful. Very accommodating with all your needs from an umbrella,, an iron for your clothes, to a taxi for the airport.

Bathroom needs a magnifying mirror 7x on the wall for shaving, applying make up whatever your needs This is a MUST!!!!! This would make the room perfect

Jessica and Alexandre are super helpful, upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was nice returning at the end of the day to seeing familiar faces. Take breakfast out and explore different restaurants. I’ll definitely be back.

My room was teeny tiny and no place to comfortably sit at the end of the day. All rooms aren’t the same, this is specifically room 23. The pros, though, it’s the top floor, so no one walking above you, not much foot traffic (quiet), and window opens onto courtyard.

The staff were excellent - welcoming, very helpful and pleasant. The only drawback at this hotel is that 3 rooms on the top floor are not fully accessible by the elevator. The lift goes to the floor below and you have to walk up a flight of stairs. This could be a problem for those with mobility issues. The room was lovely in typically French decor and very clean, the bathroom was roomy. The location is also perfect, in the centre of St Germain de Pres. I will definitely stay here again

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to most of the major attractions but quiet and relaxed. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We had the continental breakfast included, with freshly squeezed orange juice, meat and cheese, cereal, breads and pastries - plenty to start your day. Anwar served us each morning and he was always pleasant and attentive. The staff at the reception were always welcoming and ready to greet you when you came through the foyer. The hotel stored our luggage on the morning of our departure which was really convenient. Great stay and would highly recommend.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel has a pretty courtyard at the centre and well decorated interiors. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable (amazing pillows) which is rare these days. Wonderful location too.

There was a problem with the shower which didn’t have seals on the door so water escaped all over the floor of the bathroom. My poor husband had to mop up 1cm of water using the bath mat. We have told the hotel so hopefully they will fix it. Only other issue was smoking in the courtyard with the smoke drifting into the breakfast room. Smoke always makes me feel unwell so this wasn’t great. The courtyard isn’t really outside because it’s surrounded by 4 storey walls on all sides and very enclosed. Would be good to ask clientele to refrain from smoking in eating areas.

The folks working in this hotel were absolutely wonderful. The second we arrived and the gentleman who's name I can't remember pulled out a map and highlighted all the wonderful things there are to see in Paris, he recommended restaurants that were nearby and delicious, and every time we came or went we were always greeted with a friendly hello. The room was spacious and had working A/C which was great, was warmer than we were expecting while we were there. The decorations were funky and fun. Also loved they had a Nespresso machine in the room, I know there's a multitude of delicious cafe's mere steps away from the Hotel, but I always love being able to have a cup of coffee while I'm getting ready. The location couldn't have been better we frequented the St. Germain area and Latin quarter for dinner and had great meals at every stop.

The only thing I can even find fault with - the room had two twins that were basically hooked together to make a queen size bed. But in the end the mattress was so comfortable we didn't mind at all.

The staff were very sweet and efficient. They took great care of me. I loved the location. I walked to everything. Nice size room very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast staff were very accommodating and made me the yummiest cappuccino every morning. I enjoyed sitting in the patio as well.

Everything was great! The room keycards demagnetize often. No big deal just pop by the desk to reboot. And no streaming available.
