The daily front desk manager was so nice and sweet! He was always greeting us with a smile and a “bonjour”, and super helpful and friendly during check in. The property is also centrally located, and easy to get around the city via the metro stops nearby.

The room was on the smaller side, but the hotel was obviously more historic so the size of the rooms is understandable and something we were aware of when we booked the rooms. The bathroom, however, was decently sized.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel ! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful- Especially Tristand, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with efficient air conditioning and a clean, well-maintained environment (This is my 2nd year in a row staying at Crystal Hotel) The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of St. Germain. Major attractions like Notre Dame de Paris are just a 15-minute walk away, and you're surrounded by high-end restaurants, trendy cafés, one of the most popular Pharmacies, and charming streets. Best of all, the metro station is only a one-minute walk from the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to explore the rest of Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

Nothing major to highlight

Fantastic location right behind the cafe de flore. Very close to Metro line 4 and bus routes. Staff was nice and helpful and accommodated request to have room on floor with elevator. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was new (or must be upgraded lately)—walk in shower. Room faced a quiet interior courtyard. Beds comfortable enough. Had hot pot and daily cleaning of room. WiFi worked well. Would return!

Ac/heat seems to be centrally controlled. They already turned on heat for the season, so it was a bit warm upon arrival. But they were able to turn it off in our room (?) and we just had to open the window for some cool air in the evening before sleeping.

The location is fantastic, just down the street from the famous Cafe Flores and Les Deux Magots. Our favorite new find this trip was Le Relais de L'Entrecote, which requires lining up and it is just a few doors away. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful with recommendations and assistance. They were also able to honor our request for a room that would accommodate the mobility issues of one of our party. We found it to be a good value in a great neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again.

I don't think it is wheelchair friendly, like much of Paris. We had one issue where housekeeping did not replace shower amenities but the staff addressed it.

Second time at this hotel. The location is fantastic. Had a single room this time which was decently sized. The bathroom was okay (had tub) had good water pressure and was clean but did not seem redone like the other room I was in previously. The staff is kind. Nice to have elevator. The room aircon, which you have to activate. Bed firm and nice to come back and lie down on after a long day. Enjoy this hotel.

Room this time face street which is generally quiet but as with most cities trash collection comes early in the morning. Room is pretty quiet but not soundproof. Bring small sound machine if you are a light sleeper. The safe in this room is older model and was confusing to operate. That just needs to be updated.

My favorite aspect was the staff. They were wonderful and engaged when we talked about our activities. I have forgotten their names but there was a male and a female. They helped us in getting the information and directions that we needed for our visit to Paris. The room was comfortable and we were made to feel like guests in a home. Breakfasts were good in the undercroft. Average continental breakfast as you would expect. We stayed here primarily as it was a convenient location to everything that we wanted. My main objective was to visit the Ste. Sulpice Church which was only a couple of blocks away.

Just wish the elevator was bigger to accommodate three guests and luggage at a time. Minor inconvenience overall as we had to take multiple trips up and down. Our granddaughter walked the stairs usually.

Excellent location - close to cafes, the Seine River & Notre Dame, but quiet street. Older hotel with world’s smallest elevator but new bathroom, spotlessly clean. Room predictably small (we had a superior twin) but lots of closet space and big window overlooking street. Kettle, instant coffee & mini fridge. Bed comfy, front desk & cleaning staff so friendly and helpful. Would totally stay here again!

The location is so good. There are so many great landmarks within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and there were good options and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, especially Tristan who was so helpful.

It’s a fairly busy part of the city so there’s a fair bit of noise. The hotel does its best to contain it but loud people are loud so sometimes it disrupts your sleep, but as I say the hotel do what they can to move people along and keep the noise from other places down.

The hotel is location in a very nice neighborhood, close to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. It is also easy to walk to the river and major landmarks in Paris. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was small but clean and recently renovated.

The room was a bit small and the wifi a bit slow, so video conferences were not working so well. The price was high, but this is probably not unusual, especially given the summer season and the olympic games coming up.

The location is the best place in Paris. You will find numerous glorious boulangeries close to the hotel and it opens so early (by 7 am). Room 13 was reformed and it's great. Other rooms such as room 14 are old and still use the traditional french wallpaper.

Please remove all jaguar carpets that are present in the corridor and stairs. Although there is one elevator, the hotel is unprepared to receive wheelchair users because you must use stairs to access the small elevator. Again ... the carpet does not help wheelchair users
