The hotel is a gem. Perfect location in Paris for everything, eating, walking, touring, shopping, going out at night. Inside the lobby it is like home away from home , with free espresso and croissants, and going out of the hotel front door is stepping into wonderland Paris. The room has everything needed. You have to use all spaces available to arrange your luggage, but once you do it it is cozy and quiet. The metro is 1 minute away. Best sights are walking distance and the Restaurants and Coffee shops around a joy (and many with very reasonable prices for the high quality). I do not mention anyone in particular because there are so many and so nice, just explore and enjoy. I must share we did not have breakfast at the hotel because the experience of discovering the places around the hotel, with tourists and also local patrons, is part of the fun. The hotel area feels completly safe any time. The front desk staff go out of their way to help you with directions and advice. The concierge deserves a special mention. He makes you feel the most wanted and respected guest in the world and is a true Paris wizzard who even made reservations for us personally for the evening in one of the most requiered restaurants of the 6th quarter with live music, a truly impossible task. Paris is a gorgeous city, and the stay at the Artus made it perfect. I write honest reviews, as I myself use them a lot. The summary for the Artus: just stay at this hotel when in Paris.

Hotel Artus boasts a fantastic location in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, making it the perfect base for exploring Paris. We opted to pay extra for breakfast, and it was definitely worth it – the spread was fresh, diverse, and delicious, with something for every taste. The hotel is surrounded by charming cafés and top-notch restaurants, offering plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. We also enjoyed having food delivered to our room, which was a convenient and pleasant experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend it! One of the highlights of our stay at Hotel Artus was the exceptional service provided by the head concierge, Sanjay. He went above and beyond in offering personalized restaurant suggestions and recommending things to do in the area, ensuring we had the best possible Parisian experience. He greeted us with a warm smile and charming demeanor, making us feel right at home. His attentiveness and local knowledge truly enhanced our stay, and we felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our time at the hotel.

We were assigned a room on the second floor, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the advertised "soundproof" promise. We could clearly hear talking, footsteps, and the shuffling of chairs from the guests in the room above us.

The staff is very hospitable and helpful. The room, though small as it is the case of hotels in Paris, is pleasant, colorful, decorated with taste, and provided with refined and well-chosen products, including toiletry, slippers and SMEG kettle 😊. More importantly, the hotel is so well located, few steps from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants on rue de Buci, walking distance metro stations and the cafés and brasserie in Odeon or in Saint Germain des Près. Finally, the hotel deserves every penny paid.

I would recommend to plan for a nice, discrete corner to sip a drink or get energized with a morning coffee.

This is the second time we stayed at the Artus and we loved it. I am very particular about hotels because I need them to be quiet, have an elevator and as I am not fluent in French, I need to have the staff be able to communicate with me in English. The staff is respectful and inviting and extremely helpful. We were very close to everything which we wanted to experience and extremely close to all the restaurants we wished to attend. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Hotel Artus is and continues to be a delight. A rate treat. The Artus has all of the attributes of a great hotel, Including: Well located: within an easy walk of restaurants, galleries, music and drama venues. Providing splendid accommodation: our suite was rather wonderful with a comfortable lounge, large bath, views across the rooftops and splendid balcony to eat breakfast and gaze along the boulevards of Saint Germain. Friendly and warm welcome: a magical ease and a subtle touch of Parisian chic.

My favourite Paris hotel on my favourite Paris Saint Germaine street.Rue de Buci. It is an art hotel with very brilliant staff . Very welcoming . Very big rooms. The suits are wonderful and the rooms are like a suite compare to paris hotel. Really thanks to reception staff, concierge and specially manager for our amazing stay during the hotel. They were always ready for all the help or advise you may need and keep you comfortable in all the ways during Paris stay. Paris is amazing but magic with Artus hotel and staff.

The location was great - it was easy to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The area was vibrant and buzzing without being too noisy. The staff were lovely and answered all our questions, both before and during our stay. The breakfast was brilliant and we liked the overall decor of the hotel. It was an excellent hotel and we'd stay there again!

Unfortunately we seem to have been greeted by a lovely gentleman who must have been on his first night working He sent us up the wrong stairs didn't quite know the location etc .He clearly still needed guidance and not leaving alone until he knew the set up .Wouldn't stop us staying again as we truly loved the hotel .The location was the best!

This is my second time staying at Hotel Artus for a work trip. Overall I think it's quite perfect for what I needed, the location is fantastic, the breakfast is superb, the staff is helpful, the rooms are simple but clean. You will be between 3-10 minutes walking distance from 3 different metro lines. The neighborhood is very safe, there are great restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet is usually why I keep coming back- it has a great variety of fruits, yogurt, breads, meats, pastries and warm dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Coffee is made to order, cappuccinos, expresso, etc. Rooms are perfect for someone who is traveling for business.

I am writing this review based on two of my stays here. On my first trip, my room was on the ground level and it was quite noisy during the night as you can hear people on the street, so it was a bit difficult to sleep. On my last trip I was in a room on the 5th floor, so street noise was not a problem at all.
