Location was excellent. Right in the center of everything but always felt quiet and peaceful away from the noise and bustle of the crowds. The staff was terrific, always welcoming and very helpful. Rooms had all that we needed and more. Best part is that my son left his car key in his room. We checked out and toured France for another week. On day we were leaving, I received a call at the airport notifying me that they found a key in the room and were trying to track down the owner. That means they must have called all others who stayed in the room until reaching me! Such dedication to guests is unbelievable. Can’t wait to return to this lovely hotel to say “thank you” Such exceptional service

My room could have used a coffee machine

Quite expensive, but does not provide complementary water which would have been a nice and cheap gesture.

Conveniently located near metro & St Germaine area with its art, antiques & brasseries. Fabulous welcome from staff and all through shirt stay. The twin room was big enough for two of us , with stylish interiors and fabulous bathroom , robes, slippers & nice toiletries . We paid extra for the Fougere breakfast in the beautiful communal space of sitting room, honesty bar and breakfast room. All beautifully presented. I would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Charming decor and atmosphere, great location, and kind and gracious staff, especially the gentleman who served us breakfast. Our room was small but immaculate.

I liked everything.

The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast/living room were wonderful and very welcoming - the macaroons were a really nice surprise too! We felt instantly at home and really enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the fire (and a margarita!). I loved the hotel décor and the wardrobe in the bedroom which was perfect for keeping all our clothes organised. I also thought the chocolate truffle on the pillow each night was such a lovely touch. For breakfast there were a few options on the menu which was great and the coffee/tea was in plentiful of supply. The location was fantastic and there were some great restaurants nearby so after a day exploring the city, you could easily find a great spot to eat on the hotel's doorstep. We would absolutely love to stay here again next time.

I stayed in this charming hotel last week with my daughter. The hotel has an ideal location, in the heart of St Germain des Pres, walk distance from many touristic sites such as the Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Jardin de Tuileries, Quartier Latin, shopping areas (Rue de Rennes, Bonne Marché, Boulevard Saint Germain) and plain of good restaurants for all budgets. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, everyone willing to help at anytime. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, with stylish decoration. The hotel offers some breakfast options, with quality products, served in a very cozy room, which also has sofas and a fireplace where you can have a drink at any time of the day. We loved our stay there and will certainly return!

The property is clean and updated with a historic feel. The location was perfect to walk to the main attractions. The staff was amazing. We arrived early and were able to be placed in our room within an hour. We had a wonderful breakfast in the salon and again the staff was superb. I look forward to staying here again !

A bigger bedroom. Pain au chocolate

The staff was outstanding, ensuring that we had anything that we needed. Breakfast was amazing, and the afternoon tea and cake was most enjoyable. They arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport, and take us to the train.

Very comfortable room and bathroom, perfectly central, right across from the abbey of St Germain-des-Prés, the Flore, Lipp and restaurants of rue Jacob and rue de l'Université. The staff were very helpful – my son left a charger in the room and they sent it on afterwards. The only drawback was slightly chaotic organisation: a claim that we had consumed drinks from the minibar, and one night the night porter (or someone else) tried to get into our room, thinking it was empty.

It's a very quiet, very pleasant place generally and I would stay there again happily, but the soundproofing between floors in a building with exposed old beams was not adequate in our room. We could hear guests moving round quite loudly in the room upstairs late at night (up to 3 a.m.) and in the early morning.
