The location of Hotel Madison was excellent. There were plenty of bistros, restaurants and boutique shops within walking distance. There are two metro stations within four minutes. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms soundproof! We had plenty of space. Breakfast was delicious and the fact they make omelettes a plus! Having a drink at the quaint hotel bar was a lovely reprieve from the bustling day. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family and plan stay again in the future.

The street location with vacant shops and the dirty small street the hotel is located in weren’t nice…street needs a good cleanup!

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The room was nice and had all the appurtenances that we needed. Breakfast’s were a lovely smorgasbord mixing hot and cold items. Great location.

The Wi-Fi was a problem in our room which made some planning difficult.

We stayed in the apartment, which has a lovely view, and a kitchenette. We were able to buy supplies nearby from a supermarket and a pharmacy. The proximity to the metro makes getting around Paris easy. I felt totally at home!

this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Madison and will do so again. the staff are always very helpful and friendly, rooms are always nice and clean with very comfortable beds. Location is very good along the Saint Germaine blvd and very near the Metro.

the only down side and this is minimal for me is we couldn't connect our device to the TV as the TV wasn't connected to the internet network.

The concierge is by far the TOPS in the business. Sanjay Kapoor is in a class by himself, with the care and meticulous arrangements he makes for the toughest tickets in Paris weather a meal or art exhibit. He is extraordinary and makes every stay perfection!

we didn't have hot water in the shower in the mornings and the water pressure is quite low. bathrooms are very small

The helpfulness, local knowledge and upbeat demeanor of the staff made the stay especially enjoyable. The breakfasts were superb and a great way start the day. The location was perfect for access to restaurants, museums and other well-known destinations.

Every aspect of the stay was wonderful. We wouldn’t change anything.

Perfect location. Very close to bars, bistros, restaurants and shops. If you enjoy walking it is within walking distance to all major attractions (40 minutes to Eiffel Tower or Champs-Elysees). Friendly staff who were helpful in making recommendations where to eat and visit. Room very clean with excellent facilities. Breakfast and room service excellent.
