Loved the location of the hotel a lot, was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Also loved the breakfast every morning, great variety of foods that we are delicious.

Only complaint to be had was the room was somewhat small for the price. The doors to the rooms had a hard time closing without slamming which caused some disturbances from other guests.

Though very small, the room I was in was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed, an electric kettle, tea bags, a good bed and pillows, all kinds of goodies in the bathroom, great lighting for reading in bed and even a magnifying mirror! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even stored a food item for me in the breakfast room refrigerator! The breakfast courtyard is a lovely place to sit. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and transit. It was quiet and I felt very safe.

In the bathroom the toilet seat was cracked through on one side and pinched me when I sat on it. I reported it to the front desk the first day I was there but it was not addressed. I ended up putting some medical tape I had with me on it, which helped some. Also, the shower drain was mostly clogged so the shower pan filled up during a shower. And the hall light outside my door did not work which made it hard to see getting to the room. I reported these to the front desk as well. I am hoping these have all been repaired by now since I saw a repair man getting instructions while I was checking out.

Wonderful location. Friendly, helpful staff with good communication. Our room was small but that’s normal for a boutique hotel in Paris. Breakfast was fine. Lovely character and very comfortable beds. Bonus extras were the Clarins products (liquid soap and shampoo in large dispensers, plus complimentary small hair conditioner and perfume). Very nice stay and I will book same accommodation next time. Thank you!

Breakfast room has a charming outlook but tables are a little cramped, depending on where you’re positioned. Staff were very helpful though. Perhaps remove the older style hair dryer on wall inside bathroom .. it’s of no use and falls off at the slightest bump. A modern dryer was available inside the bathroom cabinet.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the Hôtel Des Marronniers for three night in April 2025, and our stay was exceptional. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced, and the facilities were kept immaculately clean. The location is fantastic being situated close to many of the top Parisian tourist destinations. The hotel also has an area to store your luggage if you have a late flight on your final day, saving you carrying your bags around the city with you. We would love to stay in Hôtel Des Marronniers again when we next visit Paris.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like whilst staying here, the perfect hotel for a couples retreat to Paris.

This room was small but quaint and the twin size bed was so comfortable. Everyone at the property were very accommodating. They gave you this old fashion key that was attached to a large board and you just dropped it off at the desk when leaving and didn’t have to worry about carrying a room key around. The room was quite small but wasn’t a problem as a solo traveler. The bathroom was also small but carried nice Clarion products and was everything you needed. As in February, it is chilly in Paris and the old furnace was set. Being from the south in US, I need air conditioning!!!! The room had windows that opened up to the garden area and I would just open at night or when I was warm and the room cooled off perfectly!!!! I would definitely stay her again! It was central to most things and I really like to walk. I walked as far as the Eiffel Tower and I was quite tired at the end of the day but got my exercise in. There were many places to eat in short walking distance and it was totally safe to walk at night alone. I never felt scared for one second!

Other than the easy access that we have in the states of just turning the air conditioner on, and that it could have been a slightly larger room, I loved everything about it!!!! I’m sure that this was a typical sized room for Paris.

The ONLY bad thing I can say about this hotel is you can hear everything, when people come in and out. It didn’t really bother us but may bother people sensitive to noises

A beautiful little hotel with beautiful Parisian charm. The staff is wonderful - kind, friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. Made it feel like home away from home. Our room was small but comfortable having enough places for our suitcases (2 large 2 carry-ons), lovely view of the courtyard, and lovely decor. The bathroom had a great shower and was well appointed with an excellent shower, & all the amenities needed. Breakfast was very good in a sweet sunroom off the patio. Location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything.

While the bathroom was nice it was TINY! A tall person would have a hard time using the toilet. The door to the bathroom was an issue not being able to be opened fully as it bumped into the bed. The only change I would make is to change the door to a pocket door then it would work well.

Loved the whole property. The staff were most helpful and attentive. The breakfasts were delicious. A great start to the day. Location of the hotel was perfect to everything.The outdoor garden was so relaxing. We had evening cocktails under the gazebo. SO as I said we liked everything. Thank you for such a lovely time. This is the second time I have stayed at the Marronnaries. It is my go to happy place.

Great Location - just walk out the door and everything is around the corner or in walking distance. All The staff were so lovely and helpful. Clean Tidy rooms. New bathrooms I had a lot of luggage and they kindly stored them in the basement

The room is not large so can accommodate a luggage and wheelie but that’s it. Bathroom is also small but new and clean and had a great shower. No fridge in the room but we kept our medicine in the fridge downstairs

This hotel was perfect. Had the characteristics of a Parisian hotel, the staff was friendly, approachable and talk to me like friends. They interacted with my children. The family room was decent size and was nice having two rooms inside. The hotel is on a quiet road and not far from the river siene. Lots of shops, restaurants, side roads to explore. Can walk to tourist attractions. Plus this hotel has a charming garden, tea room and other shared rooms to relax in. The lift was working fine. This is now the only hotel I want to stay in when visiting Paris.
