The apartment is cute and in a quiet area. There was plunger coffee available in the kitchen. Good little fridge, great washing machine, and small balcony with a table and two chairs.

The booking information said there was a fireplace, an oven and toiletries, but that wasn't the case. There were no instructions in the apartment for how to connect to the wifi. The apartment was not on the street named in the booking. There was wet washing left in the washing machine, and the towels left for us on the bed were damp. There was no brush and shovel to clean up any messes.

The location was excellent just a 10 minute walk to the Seine, Le Louvre and Musee D’Orsay ( we used these as a point of reference when walking home) 15 minutes to Notre Dam. close to metro and surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. property had a small balcony which was nice to have a drink on.

Not a criticism but an FYI to people who may be physically challenged, property is on 5th floor and there are 113 old wooden stairs to climb. The building is old and we did not expect a lift but didn’t realise apartment was on the 5th floor. Getting luggage up and down was a challenge not sure how we missed this fact. Apartment is very rustic and basic but price was good. we had 1 glass wineglass and 1 plastic wineglass. 1st world problem but drinking French wine out of plastic? Could do with a few more glasses and bowls.

What a wonderful little apartment! The room was spotless, the private balcony was wonderful and the hosts Jean Baptiste and Julien were amazingly kind and helpful. A perfect stay. Even the stairs were fun!

Absolutely nothing. Several reviews mention the stairs, but if you are not aware of them before your visit, that is on you, not the property. I cannot recommend this apartment enough! So great!

The shower cabin was so small I couldn't turn and maybe needed a better scrub.

Location was ideal for our interests. Good value. None of the negatives indicated in other reviews affected us. Yes, it is a "tiny house", but more than spacious enough for two people - even romantic. Stairs were not a problem at all. Easy communication with host, no hassle with the deposit.

There was nothing we didn't like. The toilette water tank sometimes took a little long to refill after flushing, but it worked and was never a problem.

The appartment is compact but has everything needed for a stay in Paris. It is a short walk from many major sites as well as parks, boulangeries and the Seine. we found it comfortable and an excellent base for exploring.

the tiny yet amazing balcony and views the decorations and books the area, beautiful ,very close to/waling distance of everything and yet really peaceful and quiet super easy to access both in terms of public transport and for the keys very responsive & pro-active proprietors I also liked the beautiful old wooden staircase, all the way to the 5th floor, but do take it into consideration if you are not ready for the climb ; )

the heat (as the portable air-con cannot be near the bed), but it was an exceptionally hot week this August I would still book the same again though :) kitchen not really fully equipped ( I still managed to get a wonderful breakfast on the balcony) , and when in Paris the invitation is anyway to go out (still a few more cooking tools/mugs would be nice)
