It was a ‘hidden gem’ in the heart of Saint-Germain. It was a boutique hotel (16 rooms) conveniently located in a quiet alley off the bustling & popular Rue de Bucci. Spacious Deluxe room - soundproofing, elevator, air conditioning, walk-in shower, mini bar, Clean, Conformable King size bed & friendly 24hr concierge. Complimentary Cold & Sparkling water, Espresso & afternoon pastries available in common lounge area. Walking distance to almost everything and a 5 min walk to Metro stops Odeon & Mabillon.

I would have been great to have more of an English selection of TV channels. Lighting in bathroom could be improved (make-up application) otherwise perfect.

Perfect location for our week's stay, just steps from Rue Buci's restaurants and delicious pasty shops (Smiths and Paul), and an easy walk to Notre Dame, Saint-Chapelle, the Cluny and the Luxembourg Gardens - and a doable walk to the D'Orsay. The staff was excellent - one of our converters didn't work we borrowed one of theirs. Outlets were right next to the bed. Room #1 on the ground level has a huge walk-in shower, but the terrace is closed in by walls - no view. The public sitting area was comfortable with 24/7 water, coffee and tea, and everything was fresh and clean.

We missed not having a view from Room #1. And like all European hotels, the room was small with just one bedside table, so we used the single chair as a table on one side of the bed.

The location and the staff were outstanding. Appreciated the coffee and tea available throughout the stay. We had a standard room which was small but not bad. There was not much natural light. We picked the street side first but that room didn't seem to heat up very well so moved to the courtyard view which was basically no view. The bathroom was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, however easy to hear the noises in the hallway. The train stations and bus stops (which are so easy to use) were 4 and 10 minute walks. Many restaurants, cafes, sweets very close by. The hotel itself is small and quaint and we would definitely stay again.

- The place was amazing, so many restaurants and places around & if you are fond of walking all attractions are about 10-45 mins walking distance. - The staff was amazing, super sweet & kind - Fairly great sized rooms compared to European sized rooms. - There’s a water fountain at the reception where you can fill your bottles whenever you want. - The coffee machine n coffee capsules are top notch nespresso.

Not related to the property but there is construction work going on within the area currently which makes transportation so hard many main bus lines have been detoured…

The location was close to many places we wanted to visit, and Metro stations were also close by. Many cafes for coffee and meals. The room was very comfortable with a modern vibe. The staff took great care to make sure the room was clean, we had an ironing board and iron, and enough Nespresso pods! Easy to refill the water carafes.

I can't think of anything that could have been better.

This is the second time in a row we chose and stayed in this hotel. The staff is surely the best on supporting in an exceptional and kind way. 5 stars to that. The other 5 stars rate goes to the location. Saint Germain is the greatest area to visit almost everything by foot or taxi (near the corner) and at the same time next to the fames Cafe de Flore and the Church of Saint Sulpice (among other very interesting places). We surely recommend this 4 stars Hotel for being quiet and cleand and honest to meet your expectations.

If we have to write something here after the 2 times in the row, this will be only size of the rooms at the back of the hotel and the no view window. However this wont be a deal breaker, you can always ask rooms ending to number 1.

This was a perfect hotel for us, a mother and teenage son traveling in Paris for the first time together. Excellent location where we walked to almost everything and there were several Metro stops nearby. Room was clean and pleasant design, excellent friendly and helpful staff. We arrived in Paris in the morning and as the previous guests had checked out they made getting our room ready priority and were able to check in very early and rest a little in our room before heading back out. Do not know if this is something they do typically but it made a huge positive impact and we really appreciated it. Wonderful hotel, completely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Victoire & Germain is the best choice to make if you want to be right in the city centre of Paris! It's provides a perfect base to go see the city from, as all the important landmarks are very easy to get to. It's a clean, cosy hotel with super friendly staff and a 24 hour reception. Great restaurants, bars, shops, patisseries and metro station are all just around the corner. Absolutely loved my stay there. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel on a next visit. Thank you!

Renovated boutique hotel in Fabulous location. Situated in quiet lane way. Lovely room (smaller side ) Bed was soooo comfortable Breakfast was good. All the staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Nothing it was fabulous. Room was small but to be expected in Paris. If I had to nitpick it would be no drawers for clothing only hanging space

This hotel is in an excellent location. There are an enormous number of restaurants withing 0.5 km walk of the hotel, including several withing 25 meters. Rooms are on the small side. AC worked great. Bathrooms were modern, clean, and highly functional.

The rooms were a bit small, but otherwise fine.
