I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly impressed I was with my recent stay at your hotel in Paris. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations and made my trip to the city even more memorable. The location was perfect – right in the heart of Paris, with easy access to all the key attractions. The room was not only comfortable but beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of style and relaxation. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality amenities to the thoughtful touches that made me feel truly at home. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was recommending local restaurants or helping with directions, their hospitality made a significant difference in my experience. The breakfast was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and a great start to each day in Paris. I also loved the overall ambiance of the hotel, which struck the perfect balance between elegance and warmth. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The main feature of this hotel is its proximity to restaurants, the Louvre, the Seine, and Notre Dame. It is a terribly cute hotel with some of the best wine bars in paris in walking distance. The staff was attentive at check in, and took care of our bags in advance of checking into our room. The room itself was well appointed for the very small space it occupied. It was quite the gem.

A few of the outlets in our rooms weren't working, but other than that, the room was perfect for the one night we stayed.

Location is great, with the Odeon Metro station around the corner and the RER for CDG about an easy 10 minute walk. Breakfast was fine. Good NOT to have a buffet for once, but to order from a menu.

As previous guests have noted, the single room is mainly taken up by a large bed. Turning up with a large suitcase just will not work. There is no view - only a courtyard.

Very cute boutique hotel in a fantastic area for exploring and a home base away from the hustle and bustle. Many restaurants and patisseries nearby, along with a Metro (Odeon, Saint Michael). The lobby staff was always friendly and helpful for navigating Paris on our first trip there. We didn't try breakfast, but that area of the hotel looked very pleasant. My wife loved grabbing a tea on the lobby. The shops and markets around the corner were very convenient for us to grab some of our daily staples. The storage space for clothing and personal items was good.

The housekeeping team didn't vacuum the floor during our stay, and it got quite dirty (we should have asked for that). The bathroom was oriented in such a way that makes it uncomfortable to use. In my opinion, a standing shower would have been a great choice instead of the large tub (so you can sit on the toilet with the door closed). Despite the weather being generally cool outside (50s), the room on the top floor would still get very hot (80s).

Very good location, cute room decorated with attention to detail. There is an electric kettle, few bags of nice tea, an Nespresso machine with two pods. There is a small fridge. The bed was very comfy and the pillows are good quality - two pillows to choose from!

The room was tiny and the bathroom even tinier, only one person at a time can fit. Our room had huge AC machinery right behind the window, not only did it constantly buzzed, but from time to time there was a big decompression-like sound. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs! The room had AC, but even if it showed 22 degrees, it was probably closer to 18 degrees - we did not mind. The shower smelled slightly of fungus.

It’s in one of the quiet streets off the busy Bd Saint Germain. It’s small, but comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There are Metro station and bus stops very close to the hotel. When we stayed there, Paris was going through a heat wave, but air-conditioning in the room kept us comfortable. It was a perfect base to strall around Saint-Germain-des-Pres for us.

A construction work was going on across the road. It didn’t bother us much, but whenever we left the hotel through the front door, we could not avoid some dust and noise.

The decor was very well done and it was in a great area with plenty to do in walking distance. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. We loved the made to order breakfast every morning.

We had one minor issue with the water not heating up one day. The hotel staff told us how to fix it but it would’ve been nice to have been made aware that it was an issue before going up to our room for the evening. The street side is also very noisy but I brought ear plugs so it didn’t affect me as much. But I definitely needed to wear them on the weekend when people are out till early hours in the morning.

We did not have breakfast therte, but we were impressed by the room and the location. For the price and at the location, this is really best value and exceeded our expectation. Nice, clean, well decorated room, although small, the bathroom was great, shiny, new and well renovated. Everthing else in the hotel is nice and clearn / comfortable and beautifully done. Love the attentive and friendly staff, the touch of cakes each day in teh reception and the delicious lemonade. The lounge is very comfortable and relaxing. Great location, next to bus stop that took us straight to Gare de Lyon, and also very close to Carrefour and other restaurants and shops. Very convenient walk to the metro.

The room could be a little bigger, but consider the location and the price, I can understand and accept it. The bathroom is big compared to the size of the room, and it is a wonderful bathroom.

Communication was easy and quick. The staff were very hospitable from the front desk to the cleaner. Nini, at the reception was very friendly and accomodating, and so with the guy who did the shift after her. Nini warmly welcomed us and she was consistent until the very end. Merci beaucoup! We were pleasantly surprised to see our bed decorated with rose petals and a heart shaped balloon, we were celebrating our Silver Wedding anniversary. Whoever organised and executed the idea, we truly appreciate it. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Nothing major. It’s just light in the hallway. It’s auto sensor and shuts off shortly leaving you in a pitch black hallway.

Lovely well appointed room, the bed was very comfortable and despite being next to a construction site it was very quiet when the windows were closed. It was great to have a coffee machine for a morning cup before heading out. Lovely furnishings and bathroom was very well set out for its small size.

Just very minor things - the shower head didn't work very well, the spray was very fine and it felt more like being drizzled on, and I had to request for a teaspoon for stirring my coffee.
