Nice little hotel. While the room was definitely small it was clean and modern and comfortable. Would have been really great except for the fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night. Staff didn’t really handle it in the best way. It would have been nice if they would’ve at least offered us a complimentary coffee as we were leaving early in the am to catch a plane. It was a huge inconvenience to be awakened by a bogus fire alarm and while I realize it wasn’t their fault that some yahoos decided to play games it would have been a nice gesture for the inconvenience. Instead we had to hustle out half rested and go find our own coffee at a cafe along the way. All in all it was a nice stay and hey, we didn’t drag home any of those lil creatures you’ve been hearing about lately so that’s a win!

The room offered the space my daughter and I needed to store our things during the day and rest during the evening. Room was small, as I would expect in Paris, but it had a queen size bed, desk space, a small closet, and a place for a suitcase. The bathroom was small but looked like it was recently renovated. Plenty of space overall. Our trip was to explore Paris and not to hang out at the hotel. Excellent location to visit the Luxembourg Gardens! Only about a 5 minute walk. Also, excellent location to use the metro or bus system. Plenty of restaurants and boulangeries in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

My only complaint would be the tight space around the toilet and the showerhead. Adding more space I understand is difficult, but a better showerhead would be an easy upgrade.

The location could not be beat. It was walking distance from many attractions and shops. The breakfast was delicious. The setting was elegant and inviting. The staff were exceptional. After answering a company survey, my concerns were promptly addressed, much to my surprise. I have rarely experienced such great customer service.

The only concern was the occasional noise (outside chatter and nearby residents) during sleeping hours. They were gracious enough to allow me to move to a higher floor, which helped with the outside chatter. I also purchased some ear plugs. The combination of the two made for a wonderful sleeping experience.

Amazing location, 24/7 staffing, beautiful lobby. Loved the updated bathroom and window opening up to the busy streets of Paris

Some quirks of being an old property (wonky stairs, small hallways) but easy to get past. Unfortunately front desk staff refused to refund our prepaid breakfast on check out when we had to leave prior to it being served.

Location, cleanliness, nice breakfast area, decor!

Shower leaked from door, we paid alot for what we got but found out later it may have been due to fashion week and rugby. We would book again. For the price we felt breakfast should have been included. The little things make a difference.

Lovely small stylish clean hotel in a fantastic position in lively St Germain a few minutes walk from the Odeon Metro station. Comfy room with fun wallpaper and red velvet bed makes a great base for exploring Paris. Great traditional french cafes for breakfast as Paris wakes up and boutique shops to window shop surround the hotel. Walking distance to the river Seine and a beautiful park. We loved our stay and would recommend to all our friends.

Room could be described as compact and the toilet/shower room is small which could be challenging if your seriously over weight but then Paris probably isn't for you.. Hotel doesn't seem to have any rooms with two single beds.

I requested for high floor and the staff was so kind to arrange a room at the top floor. Could see tiny Eiffel 😆 The location was also great, pretty great food around and walkable distance to Notre Dame, Shakespeare bookstore, St. Germain (good food location). Pretty safe at night to walk back too cause the restaurants were still busy.

The room lock was pretty simple and without a latch, as a female solo traveller, i would prefer better lock for safety. Couldnt open the windows cause there were many tiny flies during summer Walls were abit thin so i could hear when my Neighbour shower or plan their day

The room was charming and with a lovely roof top view. Location in the heart of the left bank, walk pretty much anywhere of interest and neighborhood great for just getting lost and strolling. The breakfast was correct, the diningroom lovely.

It would be great if they had a loading zone infront of the hotel in order to unload the car; but of course out of their hands since it's a city problem, of which Hildalgo had created a nightmare for car drivers...

The location was amazing, great neighborhood. I love walking out the door of my hotel and being in the action. The room was nice especially since they gave us an upgrade!

A totally charming, recently renovated hotel steps from the St.Germain de Pres. The breakfast was lovely, but there were plenty of cafes all around if you prefer dining at one. My room was small, but the bed was ample and very comfy. A big plus-the shower was easy to use.

My room was cold. I complained to the staff and they gave me a space heater, but no one told me I could have turned off the air conditioning.
