Recently had a wonderful stay at Le Relais Médicis. We stayed in the family room which was perfect for a family of 4. Compared to other rooms I had looked at in Paris size of the room was pretty decent. We were on the third floor, room was extremely quiet couldn't hear other guests or street noise. Beds were very comfortable (even the pull out couch bed was firm and comfortable and able to sleep an adult and a child). Only a few minute walk to the RER Luxemberg stop so easy to access from the airport, and a short walk to restaurants and metro stop otherwise. For the price think it was a great value and would definitely stay again.

Hotel could use a freshening up of some of the carpets/paint in the bathroom. As long as you have the right expectations will be a wonderful stay.

My stay at Le Relais Médicis was absolutely exceptional. The service was wonderful—warm, professional, and attentive throughout. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of Parisian charm, offering both comfort and elegance. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk from the stunning Luxembourg Gardens and within easy reach of all the highlights of the Left Bank. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, refined, and authentically Parisian experience. A perfect score.

Tout en fait. The team, the relaxed mood the flexibility and the personal approach. For sure the size of the hotel is an added value because therefore you do not feel like a number. Extra plus was the way how we solved a failure in our booking process that I committed.

Not really much to complain. For sure Paris and coffee is not yet a complete friendship and so it does in the hotel. The colour of the coffee is the only thing it has in common with a proper one. Anyway that's a drop in the ocean regarding the whole stay.

Room location was great we opened door as needed some fresh air...the separate toilet is great but needs better ventilation ..Breakfast was over priced 2 slices of ham and extra for eggs..you have two lovely rooms there dont know why you do not have a buffet with cold meats cheese etc. as on some mornings we would like to eat in instead of going outside. No English papers.. Staff were very helpful..many thanks Jillian Brown

I liked the location. It was walkable to many places and also close to many public transport options yet also quiet. The hotel was very charming and old fashioned. The room was nice and big. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised that they all knew me by name, which is not usual in most hotels. I liked that it was small. I had breakfast a couple days and it was a nice selection. Other than a few brief blips where it went out the Wi-Fi worked well for me. I also liked how the hotel doesn't change prices every other day like many hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

There really isn't anything. The only thing I could say is I had a bit difficulty with temperature control in my room. There was thankfully an extra warm blanket that helped. I do acknowledge it might possibly be my fault and also that it is an old building. Nothing that ruined my stay though.

I very much enjoyed my stay. I loved the room - it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is AMAZING. It is next to the Odeon, so you are so centrally located. I walked everywhere. And yet, at night, the room was so, so quiet. Even though you are near everything, there was no street sound at all. Also, the staff members were all so kind - the owner Mr. Cherel, the front desk staff, Rene' and Laurent, and also the housekeeping staff, Nadoun and Sampath. Each day I was greeted so kindly, and if I had any questions, everyone was so helpful, so accommodating. The staff is so important to the enjoyment of a facility, and I was very happy during my stay.

Breakfast was terrific and I loved the ambiance, the interestingly older, seemingly historical nature of the hotel.

I would have used the stairway, but there was not an obvious light! Going down would have been treacherous! It would be simple to change….

Hotel so quaint and charming! Staff so friendly and treated us with kindness and personal touch. Greeted us every time we walked in. Breakfast in the room by terrace window was amazing. Excellent neighborhood location.

My only negative point was the heat. But it was cold outside and French seem to be used to less heat inside their home than we are in the US. But a portable radiator was provided for me by the staff and all was well.

The manager Laurent was extremely professional. He was also very friendly & helpful. He was welcoming wvery time we went I to the hotel & he made our stay a wonderful experience.
