The room was really quite beautiful -- loved the snowy flocked wallpaper and "Aurora Borealis" light fixture (although we're from the States, we live in Norway now and enjoyed the wintery scene) -- the bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. The bed was super comfy, and while space was just a bit tight in the room, it was still really functionally laid out. We had the first floor room, and I was worried we'd be woken up by crowds in the street, but it was perfectly quiet -- on Labour Day Weekend! And the location couldn't have been better, a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of wonderful shops and restaurants, and super close to all the sites. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast (meeting friends elsewhere), but the breakfast room was a super cool barrel-vaulted space with a nice variety of options, it seemed.

The only things that could have been improved were that the room was out of soap, as the dispensers hadn't been filled, and the TV remote was missing and they didn't have a replacement. No big deal, as we didn't come to Paris to watch TV, just wanted to see the news one morning.

The location was very good . Lots of restaurants around and metro station close. Bed very comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage after and before check in /out .

When we arrived the air con unit wasn’t on , when we enquired about it we were initially told it was because it was too cold outside and it was too early in the year but we persisted and said that the description said air con came in with the price no mention of it being seasonal and our room was warm so they put it on for us . The description also said it had hairdryers and robes in the room . There was neither , but I’m sure if we had of asked at reception they would have given us a hairdryer but I didn’t bother . There was also some late night noise from people coming out of the late night bar opposite at the weekend

Great location in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres. Within walking distance of the Luxembourg RER B station to the airport. The room was comfortable and reasonably roomy for a Parisian hotel. The bed was quite comfortable as well. Decor was fine albeit a a little bit tired in parts.

Some street noise from nearby club early in the morning. The A/C was nice and strong but, we couldn’t run the A/C for long before it started dripping water down the wall and on the places where you sit your bags. We reported it, so hopefully it has been fixed.

The hotel is well situated, very good if you are with kids & family.. location is posh and safe. If your kid is in a pushchair, you will be able to manage to the lift and upper floor, but the lift will stop in between 2 levels, so you'll need to take you kid in your arms and do the next 5 steps to your room... if in wheelchair, you'll have to book the room on level 0. As in central Paris, the price of the hotel is quite expensive but the area is safe. From my room, I could see Eiffel Tower. Metro, lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent, we loved the fresh orange juice, croissant... the lady at the reception was helpful.

The safe was not working and because it was on a weekend so couldn't have it repaired.

Room design is insane, you feel like in luxury space, but it’s a secret space. Bath right in the room. I thought that it would be inconvenient, but actually everything was great equipped. Coffee machine in the room, best for early morning coffee shot. Really good option and worth money stay in one of the safest areas in Paris

Room is located close to the main stair, so you might will hear the noise from bypassing guests.

Just a bit shocked that there were so many bad reviews about this hotel .. I had a good time and all the staffs were amazing except a black lady ( she was a bit distant to us ) the French old lady for the nice shift was so friendly and warm to my dog and the guy ( looked a Latino ) was so amazing to my dog 🥰 the cleaning for room was so good . Anyway don’t believe all the reviews on google just try once and decide for the second stay .. we are up for staying again for sure thanks

Room was great. Location was amazing.

We had the room directly next to the reception and the receptionist spent all night on the phone. We are British so we obviously didn’t do the obvious thing which would be to just go and ask him to not be so loud. All jokes aside, it would’ve been nice if he wasn’t on the phone all night. Earplugs are a must.

Fabulous location in the heart of St Germain on a lovely street, close to everything. Loved the décor in the room ('Agnès Sorel' room). Traditional with beams. Comfy bed.

Unfortunately the light wasn't working over the bathroom mirror but presumably just needed a new globe! The shower set up was very unusual with a huge glass partition rather than a wall. Looked great but the tiled floor was a bit slippery and potentially a hazard.

Fabulous location

When booking the hotel, it said breakfast was included, yet was charged for it when checking out, even after showing him my booking to say breakfast was included. As it was 6am and had to get to the airport, decided not to pursue further. Left a sour taste in the mouth after a lovely break.

The lady when we arrive for check in. Silent neighborhood at night we slept well. Very nice location. Many restaurants near the hotel.

No key for the main gate downstair, someone will open the gate everytime we return from outside. No hairdryer at the bathroom. Room too little for 4 people.
