I can’t say enough about the exceptional service at this hotel, especially the personal attention from the staff. A special shout-out to Olivier, the brilliant mixologist managing the bar. He exemplifies what true professionalism and genuine hospitality look like—his care, character, and compassion reflect the essence of this wonderful hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the perfect size. We loved the thoughtful layout and high-end amenities. The boutique vibe is a major plus—intimate and welcoming, it felt like a home away from home rather than a large, impersonal hotel. The location is unbeatable—Paris is a walking city, and this hotel provides the ideal base to explore while offering a peaceful retreat to return to. For us, it’s clear: no need to waste time with large, faceless 5-star chains. Here, you get privacy, attention to detail, and a personal experience without any of the pretense or unnecessary extravagance. We truly loved our stay and appreciated the entire team for going out of their way to make our time in Paris unforgettable. Thank you all— we’ll definitely be back!

Hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and staff was so welcoming and accommodating. All of my needs were met and then some. I appreciated the small touches housekeeping would do each day in the morning and then having turndown service was such a luxury. The in-room amenities were top notch and I appreciated the Dyson hairdryer, Sage espresso machine, Aarke kettle, and fancy clothing steamer and used them all during my stay. The pool, sauna and workout room appeared brand new and unused. When I was using them I was the only person there and that felt like a small luxury in itself. Location was in a very upscale neighborhood full of art galleries and unique home decor boutiques and very close walking distance to the Metro, bus, restaurants, and a short walk to the Île de la Cité.

Best location for us. Renovation fabulous. As always, these types of hotels are expensive (overly, many would say) however, worth it if you want a comfortable, memorable stay in Saint-Germain! Loved the room (and we were upgraded, which was nice) and all the elctronics were so easy to use - the bath fixtures, too. Service/staff were ultra friendly. Made you feel special.

A bit too expensive for what you get! But that's Paris (and Saint-Germain...). Pillows too 'fat' for my husband, who likes them softer. Ditto the hyperalergic ones as well. Duvet could do well to be feather (not synthetic)

Very fresh and classy little hotel in one of the best neighbourhoods of the city. The room was not big but not too small either. It was very nicely decorated in a understated and tasteful modern style. Good bathroom. The spa is tiny but we had it to ourselves so it was fine. Staff was polite and competent. The spot is perfect, on a fairly quiet corner a couple of minutes walk to St Germain, the shops, cafes, restaurants and the metro but also just a few minutes from the seine right across from the Louvre. The Champs Elysees and Notre Dame and the Marais are all in walking distance. The app casting to the TV worked perfectly every time

Not a lot: the bedside tables are awkwardly placed and tiny, thus very hard to use. In true french style the toilet in separate from the bathroom but also lacks its own sink...

AMAZING hotel in Saint Germaine. Newly remodeled and modern. We got upgraded to a suite and it was spacious and super comfortable beds and pillows. We had a beautiful view of the street. Double window rooms so they were very quiet at night and the black out curtains made it super easy to sleep. The turn down service was that of a five start hotel and loved the complimentary macrons upon arrival and chocolates before bed. The breakfast was also delicious and fresh. Had a Greta selection, the baguette and jams were amazing as was the fresh homemade quiche. Best location central to all the hot spots restaurants and shopping and sites. Would stay again next time.

I loved absolutely everything! From the room’s design and amenities, the comfortable bed, and the excellent bath products, to the perfect location, convenience, and most of all, the incredibly kind hotel staff who were always ready to help with anything we needed. We will definitely be back! Julio from the concierge team was especially kind and wonderful, always assisting us with everything—we truly appreciated it!

We genuinely loved everything! The only small issue was that the pool wasn’t heated, and the sauna wasn’t quite warm enough. However, since we arrived there at the end of the day it was understandable and we also mentioned it to the hotel staff, and they immediately took care of it and assisted us. Their quick response and willingness to help truly made a difference!

The staff were professional, friendly, welcoming, well trained and helpful in answering all questions including location of restaurants, food markers, and provided guidance on how to get to landmark locations. The room was very nice and quiet with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was in a prime area with multiple places to eat and just a short walking distance to the Seine River and the Notre Dame cathedral. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The price, but it’s Paris. Be prepared to pay a hefty price for a hotel to stay in an upscale location.

It was my second successful and pleasant stay in this amazing hotel. I have been kindly provided with a room upgrade to Junior Suite - it has 3 windows and is very cozy. Those two days in Paris have been delightful! I am in love with the quietness of the rooms, even though you can reach the Louvre on foot in 7 minutes and the D'Orsay in 15. I particularly love the service team of the hotel. I felt so welcome, and it has always been helpful and pleasant. Kids are welcome as well. Looking forward to coming back soon!
