This hotel is a little jewel in Saint Germain. I've been living in the area for several years before moving to another country so I know the neighbourhood very well and I can tell you this is one of the best spots. You can reach the Louvres in a 10 mins walk. Moreover, the hotel is just so lovely. I have to say that what made our stay so special is the particular extra care that the staff (on top of all the manager, Patricia) put in helping us. We found ourselves in difficulty and she was very much helpful, nice a professional. I recommend this hotel and I will be for sure back. I did not try the breakfast (because I never have it in the morning) so I cannot express an opinion on it. I strongly recommend (for those who are staying more than 2 nights) the deluxe double room as it has just the right space and amenities needed.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here from the moment I walked in the door. I arrived early and Patricia was very accommodating to get me into a room with little wait time. And they made me a delicious cappuccino while I waited! Patricia at the front desk is amazing ~ she is fun, sweet and you can tell that she loves her job and it shows. The hotel was elegant, yet very comfortable and the location was great. I was traveling alone and always felt safe walking in the area at night. Loved the plush towels, bathrobe and slippers! I will definitely be staying here again and again!

I didn't like that I never did make it downstairs in time for breakfast. The breakfast room's decor is very chic. Honestly, there was not a thing that I didn't like.

Our room and bed was very comfortable and room size was decent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and had a nice variety. The only thing I would say is that they need different hair dryers in the room. The ones they have barely blow any air. You can ask for a handheld one at the desk and they will provide so everything was perfect! Loved the location too - we walked everywhere.

Beautiful decor and impeccable condition. Wonderfully welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. We slept with a window open one night and were shocked at how quiet the area was in general. Great breakfast of eggs, crepes, fresh fruit, yogurt, espresso, tea, croissants, bacon, potatoes, etc, and fresh squeezed OJ included. The classic rooms are a little small, but just beautiful. (Deluxe room was perfectly roomy enough for two). One morning at breakfast the hostess noticed my wife’s top button on the back her dress was needing buttoned and offered to do it—so thoughtful and sweet.

Quaint and cozy hotel with everything you could need. Bedding and linens were very comfortable and top quality. Service was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. Excellent location in the heart of St Germain and across the street from U of Paris.

Nothing - except that maybe rooms were a bit small (no space to lay out your suitcase).

The staff was very helpful with local suggestions and requests for extra help (broken glass needed to be vacuumed up). Good closet space and fridge. Good sized room and bathroom by Paris standards. Tub/shower was a bit slippery but very roomy. Elevator! Nice full breakfast available in the morning-- looked good but we went out exploring and ate out.

Great location, but with the windows open, you could hear the restaurant outside which was noisy until 1-2 am. (Truly was kind of fun, as if you're eavesdropping on a culture when you don't understand the language!) We'll go back if we end up in the area.

A very pleasant stay with a wonderful French motif. It is on a quiet street with many nearby restaurants. The bathroom and shower were nearly new and spotlessly clean. Their breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. It is within walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral. Uber is also readily available and we had a ride within 2 minutes when visiting the Eiffel Tower. My wife and I enjoyed this stay for a couple of days post cruise.

The room was a bit tiny but manageable. This small hotel has a 2 person elevator but the friendliness of the staff and the genuine French Ambiance more than counteracted that.

Very central location, 1-2 blocks away from Boulevard Saint Germain. A smaller boutique hotel. Close to a Monoprix supermarket, many restaurants, and some bus stops. About 1.5 blocks from the River Seine. Easy to get anywhere either by walking or taking the bus. I didn’t use the metro but it would be easy to do that too. Bed was very comfortable, I didn’t even miss my own bed. Good pillows. Quiet area. Staff were excellent. I did not get breakfast with my reservation because I wasn’t sure if I’d want it every day. Learned that I could choose either the full breakfast buffet or the smaller continental breakfast.

front desk staff were outstanding, breakfast was excellent, location superb. rooms very small but very clean and extremely comfortable beds- the best hotel beds I have ever encountered.

I had a very bad experience with the lady who was in charge of clean8ng the rooms. I left prescription medication in a night table drawer, and when I returned to the hotel to try to recover it, she was arrogant, aggressive and extremely rude. she proudly told me that she threw out my medication and was almost insulting in her manner. it really ruined what had been an outstanding stay at your hotel.. very unfortunate.

The incredibly comfortable bed and fantastic ( but small area!) shower. I looked forward to these at the end of a long day. The location of the hotel is very central and walkable to all areas of Paris . Front desk staff most helpful. Could open windows for fresh air.

The size of the room . Expensive for what it was. Could only just fit one case in and wardrobe and bedside shelf tiny. Spatially not designed well.
