I took my grandmother to stay at Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain & Spa, as the hotel looked lovely and is conveniently located for someone who wish to stay close to the river and the main sites It was easy for my grandmother to walk to the many nearby restaurants and to the Louvre. The hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and to especially good care of my grandmother, we even had a dip in the hotel pool ! The room was comfortable, clean and tidy and the breakfast buffet was also very tasty. I will stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Paris.

The staff was incredible and the hotel was dreamy! It was on a quiet but central street and it was the most picturesque decor. We went around Christmas time so it was quite magical and smelled of fresh pine in the lobby. The upgraded our room when we checked in and we had the most amazing suite!! It was definitely larger than our US sized master bedroom and had two bathrooms!! What a treat. Annette checked us in and she was amazing/so friendly. We were able to walk to some of the liveliest locations in Saint Germain but if we didn't want to do that we typically hopped on the e-bikes right out front and rode them around the city-which I highly recommend. The bar and cocktails were delicious and it was quite the vibe. Loved hanging out there. The spa was also incredible: only and very minor complaint was that we were hoping the pool was more of jacuzzi temperature but non-issue-just preference. Thank you for a dream vacation!

Service was exceptional from every member of staff. Facilities were beautiful and very clean throughout. Restaurant was fantastic.

Restaurant server should ask if patrons would like the dessert soufflé ar the time the dinner order is taken. Room is very small with no luggage racks.

Wonderful hotel, very kind and helpful staff with excellent service, they were very sweet with my 4 year old daughter and set up a teepee in our room and brought her presents. Fantastic concierge, delicious food at the restaurant and very comfortable. Beautifully designed and excellent location. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Perfect location, the room comfortable and beautifully decorated, the hotel staff helpful and attentive.

Breakfast - limited variety (no fresh vegetables although part of the menu), service and coffee not up to the same standard as everything else in the hotel.

The food and staff were excellent. One person in particular was extraordinary- named Clement. He was so gracious and a wonderful host for the meetings I had at the hotel. I never wanted to meet outside because I had everything I needed at the hotel.

From the moment we stepped in. The friendliest staff in the whole of Paris. I was a bit happily shocked by how the reception agent took us to the rooms. Showed everything. Then promptly, the luggage came. I was even offered choice of modern decor or traditional. Room and bathroom were immaculate. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Not a single complain!

There is absolutely no complaint at all! This was a unique experience for me. Paris hotels always disappoint.

The size of the rooms.

Such a nice hotel with great service and facilities and by far the nicest area to stay when travelling to Paris. Our overall experience was excellent, the hotel is really nice and the room was really large for the centre of Paris. Its only around a 5 minute walk to the nearest underground which makes it easy to travel around the city. The spa facilities at the hotel are a nice touch and the bar and library area are really nice to relax for a drink. I would highly recommend this hotel and we certainly would stay here again.

One part of the building is only accessed next to the main kitchen and the cleaning supplies cupboard. Presumably a challenge posed by converting an old building to a hotel.
