A true hidden gem in Paris! Safe, quiet, and perfectly located on the Left Bank—just a 15-minute walk to the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, Musée de l’Orangerie, Café de Flore, and Le Bon Marché. Grocery store right across the street, and fantastic restaurants nearby open late. Spacious connecting rooms for our family of four, a lovely patio for fresh air, and individually adjustable AC—perfect for hot summer days. Front desk staff are wonderfully friendly, housekeeping is prompt, and we were welcomed with chocolates, desserts, a handwritten card, and balloons for the kids. We loved strolling to the Seine after dinner, and even made it from Café de Flore to Notre-Dame in just 20 minutes on foot. Walking often took the same time as an Uber, and exploring by foot was a joy. Close to Saint-Germain-des-Prés and surrounded by designer boutiques and charming local shops. Can’t wait to return!

An attractive well run property with attentive staff and an attention to details. The rooms are comfortable although somewhat small (but consistent with older Paris hotels). The breakfast and other foods are well prepared and the complimentary champagne at check-in is a delightful welcome. Well located, interesting neighbourhood, shops and restaurants. Close proximity to key sights.

The room was small and the the beds are firm, although staff did everything possible to provide comfort - additional pillows and comforters

This boutique hotel is located in a quiet side street despite being close to a robust neighborhood full of restaurants. It is 4 min walking distance away from the nearest Metro station. The hotel is well kept with excellent staff. The breakfast selection is of high quality and generous proportion. We are especially fond of the head waitress at breakfast who was courteous and friendly. We will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

My mom stayed there and she was very happy and really loved it and she is very picky! She said the staff was exceptional.

Everything was great but I was actually to stay with my mom in a double room but then my 12 year old was coming and they wanted 1200 euros for me to upgrade and fees for the 3rd person …. Which was pretty ridiculous. So my son and I found a just as amazing hotel down the street for half the price.

The location of the hotel was perfect: many museums and Notre Dame Cathedral of Paris were 8-12 minutes walk, Eiffel Tower was about 30 minutes walk. Public transportation is close by if not able to walk. The staff is helpful and is very friendly! Breakfast was included in our stay. The service was outstanding.

Best location, few steps to reach most econic places in Paris. The metro rue du bac is a 10 meters away. Zoom is comfort and spacious, from the balcony you can see the effiel tower.

I am arranged the room in front of the elevator. It still can hear the noise in the room even though there is a second door. Suggest to put some noise absorber on the elevator door.

The location was central to many sites we wanted to visit. Our television did not work the first day and it was replaced after the staff was notified on the second day. The internet was slow, only 2 people could fit in the elevators, 1 person if there was luggage, and while the hotel was spotlessly clean, the entry way was dated. Our suite was beautiful and the view from the 7th floor was breathtaking. The bedding was of great quality and the bed was the best we had as we traveled across Europe. The house keeping staff were excellent at their craft, as were the front desk staff. There was an African American gentleman whonwent above and beyind to share information about restaurants and their menu and the manager called several restaurants to determine their menu. We were very pleased with our stay.

At the price point we paid, everything in the room should have worked with precision.l prior to our arrival. The towel warmer was not functional and television did not work until it was replaced the following day. The carpet was shedding in the bedroom area. Despite our compromises, we were charged for the use of the mini bar even though we were not told there was a charge for it's use.

Excellent breakfast with options for healthy eating. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The concierge service was excellent. Special shout out to the bartender Christopher who helped to make our last evening's meal in Paris exceptional.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel was comfortable, conveniently located, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the in-room espresso machine, and the robes and slippers were a cozy touch. Breakfast was delicious!

The tub was very deep, which made stepping into the shower feel a bit precarious.

I love the St German neighborhood. It’s not as busy and touristy as many others. The hotel was quiet and clean. The concierge was fabulous! Happy to coordinate anything and everything. The rooms aren’t large, but they are very comfortable. Tiny elevator but that didn’t bother us. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!!
