Tha apartment was in a very nice location. It was clean, comfortabe and big apartment with a very nice kitchen with all you need to cook. I would rent again.

The couch in the living room was to small for two big people. I wish there were few more blankets, so you dont have to share one.

The apartment has an excellent location - close to the metro station or walkable distance to many sightseeings. From the host we received manual how to get throught the main door and how to open a locker with the key in it. It was very easy. In the flat there is an awesome kitchen with a living area, separete bedroom with restroom. Everything was clean and the apartment was surprisingly quiet for such a great location in the center of Paris! Loved it!

The shower was not very strong and basically the bathroom is ready for renovation. Besides that it was perfect!

Great location close to metro and bus in a quiet area. Groceries, bread and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was clean and well equiped. Easy check-in with a key lock box.

The apartment could need a little maintenance. Also you can hear the noise from the stairway very well. Luckily there are not too many people going up/down during the night.

Highly recommended for trips to Paris. The apartment is situated in a safe neighbourhood with amenities and within proximity to metro, RER and tourist attractions. Easy check-in with a key lock box. Suitable for able-bodied travellers. The host was very responsive and most helpful when we had encountered some difficulty on our 2nd night and came to our aid though it was nightfall. Even called next morning to make sure all's well as we continued to enjoy our stay in Paris. Excellent host par excellence!

Do pack light for your stay there as you will need to carry your luggage up a narrow spiral staircase. Other than that, all was well!

Nice bedroom and clean throughout living and kitchen. Location suited us with plenty of places to eat and drink and public transport options everywhere.

Was initially worried upon arrival not hearing from owner, thankfully got reply on whats app. All turned out well and we enjoyed our stay and would return to this place again.

The location and neighbourhood were amazing. The facility was priced very good for the location. Easy access to public transportation and great food options.

The bedroom was a good size, but we were a little tight for a family of 4. We did spend most of our time exploring so it didn't effect us too much. The facility is an ideal size is for either 2 adults or 2 adults with one child. The coffee machine & kettle could be updated. There is a noise from the pipes in the bathroom in the evenings but we got used to it.

Location was excellent. It was a roomy and comfortable apartment for two people. However, the third floor stairs are very narrow and something that needs to be mentioned in the description.

One tiny bar of soap in bathroom for a week and two small TP rolls. No kitchen supplies…. no paper towels, no dish detergent, no ice trays. Plan to make a grocery store run soon after you arrive or pack some supplies from home.

Everything you could need for a short break was included. Spacious apartment, perfect for a small family. Good location, fairly central for most attractions. Good communication with host when we encountered a problem.

Struggled to find it initially as not well signposted. We stayed in room 301. The bathroom was a little tired, needs some renovations in the shower base and the shower curtain was not clean.

I will suggest adding glass door to the shower, remove the big round table and add a small table because the kitchen has bar stools that will give more space to the living room space. I will add instructions for the use of the washer , stove and where to take the daily trash bags.
