Breakfast was delicious. you can find different tastes. It was more than enough. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is fantastic. TV iş modern.

Toilet was separate from bathroom but it was ok. Windows cannot be opened for fresh air.

It was pretty clean overall. Friendly staff. Even if the toilet is not located near the sink (different rooms) it was not a big inconvenient. Good breakfast and pretty divers Camera is pretty big compared to photos. We had enough space for all our stuff.

No menu available for the room service and the website didn’t worked. The cleaning person did not take our garbage bag 2 days in a row but did enter the room to clean. The main metro station in the area was closed and was a little difficult to keep changing multiple buses but this is not the hotel’s problem. Anywhere you want to go for visiting took us about at least 30-60 minutes with public transport and max 30 min with uber. Our camera came with two twin beds pushed together so if this could be an inconvenient for you, better check with the hotel this aspect.

The hotel is really pretty and everything was functional, it was clean when we arrived the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. And it is also really close to all kinds of transport means, cafes and restaurants, and in a very safe area.

The air conditioning never reached the selected temperature, it felt around 26 degrees and the bed had a plastic cover (for good reason I imagine) but the combination kept us sweating at night. We did not stay long enough to feel the need to ask them to fix it. But it would be a good idea to give the AC unit’s maintenance prior to the summer period. The other thing was that the housekeeper was a bit rude and forgot to clean our room one of the days, (it was probably a language barrier and maybe they were going to clean in the afternoon and we arrived too early) But the overall experience was good So I’ll just leave it as a comment.

Having had a terrible experience at Novotel Suites Montreuil Vincennes with no air conditioner, poor staff assistance and terrible area, this was certainly a breath of fresh air! The facilities were far more superior even though it cost a little more. It was certainly worth every cent! The breakfast was decent and the location pretty much central. I loved my stay here. The front desk staff were also very helpful with enquiries and helping to get cab. Would certainly return here.

The typical non existent French hospitality from cleaners. They weren't friendly or helpful. I was struggling with my suitcases and my daughter and they just ignored me to sort myself out. Also they kept barging into the room to clean up even though I told them I was busy.

The breakfast was amazing with very tasty brioche, croissants and other things. Kusmi tea was a nice touch. We really liked our rooms also, the view of the Eiffel Tower from room window was unexpected delight. Good value for money for a nice family trip!

There were no glasses in the room (only cardboard glasses were there). The room cleaning was a bit slow and the tea coffee sachets in the room were not accompanied by any milk/creamers. However these are minor things, overall it was amazing experience!

The hotel was recently renovated, so both the room and the overall facilities were in excellent condition. The location is great—very close to the metro—and although it's right in front of the périphérique, there was no noise from the traffic. The parking is a bit expensive (€20 per night), but it’s conveniently located right under the hotel. The entrance is a bit tight when coming in or out, but as long as you’re careful and don’t have a very large car, it’s perfectly manageable.

There was a machine in the corridor providing potable water, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately it broke down on the second day and was never fixed. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

The room was clean and comfortable and most of the staff were very friendly. Within 600m of a metro stop. Our 4 month old baby travelled with us and the hotel provided a cot for the stay. While not a massive selection, the food and drinks from the restaurant were great.

The location isn’t very central which means you don’t enjoy this part of the city by walking around. A 35 minute metro or bus trip gets you to the big points of interest. The heavy traffic situation in Paris also means even if you have a car it still takes very long to get to the central areas. It seems location in Paris is very important and it is worth finding more central accommodation.

Overall ambience was good, reception staff were very helpful, housekeeping team were excellent keeping rooms nice tidy and clean.

Breakfast could do lot better. Choices were very basic and missing some key items which you would find is most of the 4 star establishments. Def more expected from big brand like Novotel. No beans, very basic limited choices of cheese, freshly cut fruits were limited as well, extra charge for an omelette which was way too high. Also only one sink that too in shower room, no immediate sink next to the toilet/wc which is very absurd in my opinion.

The room was spacious (King suite), our room cleaned every day and free soft drinks topped up, the decor of the hotel was modern and interesting, reception staff were friendly and helpful, room service great quality, we only used the restaurant at breakfast but the food was delicious and the staff were absolutely lovely. I couldn’t believe that some other reviews said they were grumpy - but we’re polite and friendly as a family, and that was certainly reciprocated. Loved it, would return.

The rooms were too warm. I made the mistake of turning on the fan to cool it down, only to find it was blasting in more hot air. My mistake, but we’re used to cooler rooms. Nice when arriving in from a cold day out - but at night we needed a much lower temp and the minimum was 18 degrees. The gym is useless if you lift weights. Only dumbbells up to 10kg and only machines for cardio.

The room was nice, the beds and especially pillows were very comfortable. My children loved the tea "Earl Grey", very tasty. You can ask at reception for extra tea or sugar or paper or towel, they give you no problem. We did not take breakfast as I found it a bit expensive for what they offered. But we did not need a breakfast, the location is so good, you have so many restaurants nearby, you can get anything there. You can get there any dish not from breakfast menu only but also from dinner menu in the morning. And the price for the hotel was not high at all. Would choose this hotel next time again. They also provide water to drink which is also great.

The lift was not working once, and we were on the 9th floor.
