- We received a room that is in a tiny internal courtyard on ground floor but with no good ventilation, high humidity also opening the window didn't help because of the humid tiny courtyard. Even our own clothes felt "wet" once worn in the morning. - Only one big towel per guest, after using once it stayed humid due to room humidity. - No minimal soundproof, everything above whispering level in adjacent rooms you could hear, as well your own bathroom door didn't block any sound. - For one night stay is ok, we stayed two and humidity was too much. - No ironing in that room even if listed on website, host offered to bring it to us but we managed with the hairdryer.

Probably the best stay I have ever booked. The location is perfect, so close to both metro and bus stations and commuting to every attractions was super convenient. Super friendly neighborhood and everything is a walking distance away (including le marais if you enjoy exploring the city). Amine (the host) is very friendly and is the kindest person I have ever met, he was super helpful from giving transportation tips to arranging everything. The accommodation is very clean, neat, comfortable. There is also netflix and YouTube if you want to unwind at night. Very nice bars around the property. Good for solo travelers, couples or families.

Clean, large and very warm property, walking distance to main high street and very secure.

There was a microwave in facilities but there were no plates or cutlery to use not even a spoon.

Excellent location. In a quiet street off the main road. Plenty of restaurants and bars just a few steps away. Close to Metro and buses.

There is building work going on, which starts early, but that only means no lie ins. And it can only be temporary.
