1. The night shift staff member is very friendly. He always has a smile, a good sense of humor, and is eager to help. 2. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. 3. The location is convenient for exploring Paris.

The day shift staff was rude and unhelpful. My friend had deposited a cable wire with the night shift staff for me, but when I asked the day shift staff about it, he refused with an angry expression and tone. Despite explaining that it was left with the night shift staff, he didn’t even try to contact his colleague and kept insisting he didn’t know anything. His manner and service were very poor. Even during checkout, he gave me another angry look and didn’t say thank you, goodbye, or anything polite.

Great location, subway station less than 5 minutes walking connecting you to center of Paris in less than 30 minutes. The room was just as in the pictures, small but okay, equipped with all basics. Electric kettle was very useful. Wifi internet worked perfectly fine during my whole stay. Check-in and check-out was quick and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms are quite close to each other, so you hear other guests coming in and out or talking (it wasn't that bad for me and I was able to sleep well at night, but may be annoying for some people).

The staff was very nice and helpful. They kept my luggage for 9 hours past the check-out time so that I could visit the center of Paris without having to carry it around. Bonus point: the neighborhood is great with a lot of young people hanging around in the evening. If you want to move around the city, it is well connected to the metro system.

The bathroom was a tad small and its cleanliness could be improved. You could literally sit on the toilets while having a shower.

Location: very close to all kinds of transportation but most importantly metro with direct link to Châtelet and other central areas. Neighbourhood: very lively, plenty of stores, restaurants, bars for everyone's taste. There was a supermarket 3 minutes away. Reception: super friendly and welcoming. Room: not much space to move but very clean, bright when sunny (we were on the 5th floor and it had a lot of natural light in the morning), the beds were very comfortable too.

One thing I personally didn't like: it was possible to make tea inside the room, but the tea bags weren't packaged, and the placement of these tea bags was out in the open, not covered by something.

The nice location, friendly staff, view, and the dining room interior make you feel like you are in a mountain area. Also, the snow boots dried well in the ski room underground. Parking was large and we always found a spot. Shops nearby

The living room had no windows as the accommodation was probably transformed from two two-person apartment to 4, so I understand why. But if there is something with 'minus' to say, the this-yes

It was a very pleasant discovery and I truly liked it a lot. The bedroom is spacious enough and it was very clean, as well as its private bathroom. There's also the possibility of preparing coffee or tea in your room. The bed was very comfortable too. The staff was very kind and attentive as well, letting me checking-out a bit later. Finally, the breakfast is really worth it... very tasty, complete and varied: one can even make fresh orange juice.

Nothing to point out.

The location was great. Also it was really great to have a kettle and tea in the room and four towels just for one person! A really big bed and enough furniture.

The room was okay but there was a smell like a deodorant in a room. Could not get rid of it. Also, it's nice to have a private bathroom but it's really tiny. But better than nothing!

Friendly staff, trustworthy and respectful of customers. Client orientation 100%. Quick to respond to messages. Clean, value for money. Close to the metro, around the corner there are a lot of cafes where mainly French families with children eat, next to a vegetable shop, a bakery and a deli.

Great location. Close to metro line 11, great street filled with a bakery, a bar, mono prix, restaurants and more. The staff are very helpful and nice. Always greeted with a smile. 24h open reception
