This hotel is a simple no frills place to stay, the location is great as it has a variety of grocery, food options, bakeries and pharmacies. It is very close to the metro, bus and taxi rank. I enjoyed my stay here, it was comfortable and my room was spacious. A basic room for a place to sleep, with a regular TV, chair, fridge (which was good to keep items cool) and a kettle (I asked the staff at reception for cups, they have tea and cold drinks for sale at reception). I had sufficient space to store my luggage items in the room and the bathroom was minimal but had what I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful despite minimal English and I made use of my minimal French, whilst in Paris. If the room needed anything such as towels and toilet paper, the housekeeping ladies were very helpful and assisted me. I had some hours spare before my Eurostar train and left my luggage with reception in a room after check out. When I returned I was greeted with a smile and with my luggage made my way to the Eurostar. I recommend this place if you need a budget friendly option. Definitely would stay again (I stayed again in a different room on the second part of my trip, this room had a fan), thank you again and look forward to staying again in the future. Also look forward to visiting the boulangerie next door, fantastic baguettes and baked treats :)

Overall I enjoyed my stay, the hotel needs some TLC for the areas that need fixing curtain, vanity shelf, bathroom cabinet and heating (I was good as the time I was there, days were warm but in the night can get cold). Would be nice to have a hook on the door to hang bath towels, but it did not affect my stay and I still enjoyed my time here, as I was solo travelling and needed a place to sleep and rest.

I have been to this hotel. At first, I was very nervous to go because I read a review the day before that there were bedbugs in one of the rooms. I was very nervous, and I also read reviews about the owners that they were not detourists. The worst thing I expected in Paris was the hotel. The reviews partially spoiled my mood. But! The hotel was great! Everything was super clean! My room was cleaned every day! I really recommend this hotel. The owners are very kind and will always help you even if you don't speak French, everyone has a translator, the hotel is super, I will come back again!

In fact, everything was excellent. Even very good, there was a metro nearby, everything more or less fits in, the biggest attractions are a bit far from us. The Eiffel Tower is a bit far. But in principle, if you take the metro, it is very quickly accessible. The room corresponds to the photo, everything is very beautiful and everything is close by and there is a kettle in the room, there is a refrigerator, you can buy food in the store nearby and not spend money, you can also literally next door to the hotel have there Cafeteria, so you don’t have to order breakfast, there are very inexpensive buns and coffee and everything is very tasty.

The only 3 negative thing is that we were told at the reception that we have free coffee and tea, everything is included. But when we tried to take it, the next day, another man said that it was all paid, that we had to pay one euro for each coffee. The second unpleasant thing is that the room was cleaned only once in three nights. And there were no disposable slippers. The audibility is a bit loud, at first I thought that someone was breaking into our door. That’s why I couldn’t sleep First night.

It was a surprise that the room had an internal staircase and the bed was on the upper floor separately from the rest of the room. Also, the metro was very close which made our transportation easier. Finally, the staff was very helpful upon our arrival as our flight was delayed and we arrived after check-in very late.

One towel was dirty and then I thought that was all of them even that wasn’t true.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable! The staff are so friendly and helpful when I came to directions, I was traveling with my nan and it was important to me that they respected her and made her comfortable and I couldn’t fault there behaviour!

The appearance of the hotel needs a bit of attention. That’s not to say it wasn’t clean it definitely was however fresh paint job and perhaps a little more care.

The hotel was really good, and the staff was too kind with us, is a good hotel if you want just to sleep and spend the night there, but if you want to relax is not the best option. But the bed was really comfy and the bathroom was clean and that’s what matters.

The noise, in the streets but also inside the hotel, the other guests were disrespectful and they started laughing at 1am really loud and the walls were too thin so we can hear everything.

Very good location near the metro and bus stops. The staff was very helpful when we needed something. They also cleaned the room everyday. It was a value for money.

The facilities were of course old, so no elevator and the building had some issues but it wasn’t a problem. The bathroom of the room had some issues as well but it could be just this one.

We were in the new renovated part of the hotel, (not sure if it is all renovated yet), but it was amazing. Great value for money, the rooms were clean and all the staff were very friendly. Also the hotel cat was a +

Only negative was the shower floor wasn’t angled, so the water didn’t flow to the drain just out onto the floor however the towel on the floor caught the water

The room is clean and conveniently located near the metro, making travel very easy. The staff take excellent care of us, the Wi-Fi is super fast, and there is daily housekeeping. Great value for the price!.

The room is not very soundproof. During our stay, the neighbors argued loudly every night. The bathroom is quite small, making it inconvenient to shower, and the elevator was out of service.
