Very friendly staff who were ready to solve all issues and make our stay more comfortable. The location of the hotel exceeded all expectations. There are a lot of cool bars and restaurants around the hotel. We didn't even go to the center, but decided to stay in the area and look at local life. We managed to feel the atmosphere of the city through the windows of our hotel and walk around the area. I will also note a very comfortable bed and clean crisp bed linen. It was very nice to be on it after the road.

Decent hotel with a surprisingly big bathroom, quiet rooms, and friendly staff. Good location: not too far away from the Metro station, grocery shops, and local restaurants; or just for a relaxing walk via the 11th arrondissement, and further along the banks of the Seine River, if someone likes a bit longer walks.

The room's furniture needs an upgrade.

Good price quality ratio for Paris. We liked the room and the location, the staff that checked us in was really kind! The lady that was there in the afternoon didn’t speak a word English, which was frustrating since we arrived late and wanted to check if that was okay. Overall very satisfied!

We had a satisfying two days as we enjoyed some cold weather in Paris.The room was warm and satisfying our requirements. We were not expecting a lot for the sum we were ready to dish out for accommodation.Naturally the many negative reviews never gave any probability of entertaining wishfull optimism.But end of the day we were served much better than the evpected.

staff members were very helpful with my request when the first room I had was bad smelling due to another customers fault. they promptly changed my room. cleaning lady Zahoua was very very helpful in making sure the rooms were very clean and pleasant. accoms was very near popular bakeries, restaurants, Belleville and metro.

The location is awesome. Less than 10 mins walk to more than 2 metro stations. Even though the receptionists, both the guy and lady hardly speak English, we never really care that much because they were so warming toward us that we almost enrol for French classes. lol

A clean nice place in a great location with friendly staff. Possible to leave luggages before check in/after check out. Everything was great. Not too noisy to sleep.

The location is great as it's just a short walk away from Le Marais. The area offers plenty of shops, bars, boulangerie etc.. The hotel is a bit shabby but definitely value for money considering the low price. I would definitely go back there.

Don't remember anything in particular. We slept well and that's about it.

We only found one electrical outlet so we had to ask for an extension cable to charge our phones.

it was in a great location! very cute neighborhood and the rooms were pretty with great views of the street down below. the bathrooms were also very roomy.
