Location: Close to République, on metro lines 5 and 9, Rue Oberkampf, tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Room: was spotlessly clean, and cleaned every day, new towels daily also. Comfortable beds. Small desk and chair present. Adequate lighting. Helpful staff member on duty 24/24h.

The room is Paris-sized, was compact but ok for one person travelling light, would have been a squeeze for two. The street noise didn't disturb me personally but quieter is always better! Bathroom: an extra shelf might have been useful. The light on only one side of the mirror was a bit annoying ... I mean how are you supposed to make sure your makeup is well-balanced ...

Welcoming staff who were super helpful with requested information. Property was very clean and modern and the room was serviced daily. The area was also pleasant with a mix of shops, cafes etc. can recommend the bakery at the end of the street!

The only down side was that the exterior was covered in scaffolding so no window view, and contractors started work fairly early. This is of course only temporary, and the building will look smarter afterwards! It wasn’t really a problem and certainly wouldn’t put me off returning.

Location is great in a vibrant, non-touristy neighbourhood, very close to Metro and not far from major train stations (Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est). Bathroom facilities (shower, toilet, etc.) were brand new and in good condition.

Not having air conditioning in August made it very hot in the room. They brought in a fan at my request, which helped with the heat. While the room was big enough for one person, it would not have been comfortable having a second person in the fairly small space.

Room was small, but it was enough space for me and it was cozy and cleaned daily. I had good night rest here and slow, calm mornings to continue with my further day itinerary. And I found myself constantly gazing out the window for that lively local street view. Hotel is located near the concert venue, which was the main reason for me to stay here. And also I really enjoyed this neighborhood with cool coffee shops, bars, boulangerie, restaurants and all kind of hidden gems to explore.

Nothing to complaint about. Sometimes from my room I could hear neighbors and street noises too well, but it actually didn’t bothered me. Nights mostly were quiet.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and linen was changed and beds were made daily - thank you. The rooms were a little small but the location and the vibrant surroundings and area and the close proximity to two metro stations made up for that. We really enjoyed our stay!!

A new area for me which was really pleasant...good number of local bars, restaurants and some practical elements like supermarkets etc. Easy access to metro too.... Hotel was "wrapped" with scaffolding and screening that did mean less ability to look out!

It was an enjoyable stay! The room was cleaned daily, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially for young people, as there are numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. There's a fantastic bar right across the street from the hotel. The only downside was that the people at that bar were quite loud and boisterous until the early morning hours, so if you prefer to keep your windows open, it might affect your sleep.

On the first day of check-in, we encountered a staff member who couldn't speak English or French. He mistakenly tried to overcharge us for city taxes, asking for 150.4€ instead of the correct amount, 15.4€ and he doesn’t understand a word when we try to explain him he want to charge us too much. We paid in cash to resolve the situation, assuming it was an accidental error. Everything was ok at the end but it's wise to remain cautious in such situations and better to have cash with you.

I booked it because of location and price and it looked a little bit interesting in the photos. It was run very efficiently by friendly staff. The breakfast for 10 euros was excellent and plentiful and healthy. The room was basic but everything worked, a small desk was useful. Window opens to fresh air or street air anyway.

My room could have used a storage space but it wasn't too inconvenient.

Location is excellent, close to shops/ eateries and Metro stations, clean room and comfortable bed, reception is 24hrs and can store luggage

Needed bigger pillows, street noise can be loud but not the hotels fault (will disturb light sleepers)

This is an excellent hotel, in an great location. It is close to Métro Oberkampf and there are a lot of cafés and restaurants nearby. It's a short walk from the Canal St. Martin. It is very clean and the rooms are newly renovated. There is always someone at the reception desk.
