We loved the location, the building itself is beautiful and also very secure and safe. Staff member on the front door at all times, the entrance was secure with access only by buzzing in or using hotel key. Never felt unsafe walking to or from hotel or surrounding area. The area itself was great with lots of food and drink options around and only a short walk to the metro. Absolutely loved our stay and would return without any doubt!

Only slight issue was sound proofing between rooms. For most of our stay I don't believe there was anyone next door however on our last night there was someone in and could hear everything they did in their room meaning they probably heard everything we did in our room. This was only a slight issue and we were only in the room to sleep/shower etc so it really wasn't a big deal just something to bare in mind.

Room was small but comfortable. The bathroom had a window, which is a huge plus for me. The hotel is at a walking distance from two major Metro stations. Extremely comfy beds.

The cleaning service was a bit too zealous and threw away a bag of souvenirs (around 100€ worth) that I had in my room. The guy at the reception was able to retrieve the bag from the hotel garbage minutes before the municipal garbage collection service came for the daily collection. The guy at the reception apologised, but although nothing was lost or damaged, I would have expected something more than "Sorry". Rooms are a bit noisy.

The location was great as we communted a lot with the subay during the Olympic games. All destinations we went to (Games and Sightseeing) was reachable within ~30 minutes. The room (Family room for 4 adults) was all we needed as we didn´t spend much time in the room. The best thing was the 2 bathrooms in the room. There is a bakery just down the street to grab a coffee and a croissant, or within 5 minutes of walking there a quite a few options for breakfast. :)

Unfortunately the pull-out sofa, that was used as the 2nd double bed was higher at the foot end than on the head enad. Therefore the sleeping was slightly akward. But that was more or less an inconvenience and not a huge issue.

Good location , room on the small side. I had to literally climb in and out of bed as one side right up against a wall!

Rooms very compact. A bin in the bathroom would be better rather than a set of scales in the main part of the room. Who wants to watch their weight whilst on holiday , in France especially so couldn’t quite work out why a set of scales in the room.

The breakfast was "French" and could have been a little more plentiful. Lots of options in the coffee machine.

Our room was on the 1st floor - as we actually requested - and in the early hours of the morning the sounds of the metro below could be heard faintly from time to time.

Location was excellent; Room and bathroom etc were very clean. Though coffee/tea (with lots of choice) was free, one had to go down to the front desk. Personally, I would be happier with less choice (just instant coffee and some tea bags) but a hot water kettle in my room. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood though yards away from Place de la Republique.

I didn't have breakfast there so I can't really comment on it. The staff tried to be helpful. They spoke French. I only speak English so there was a language barrier.

The room and bath could have been larger. The accommodations were really small even for a single person.

Great location and 24 hour reception. The room was clean and there was daily cleaning provided. They also had bottles of water provided for free and renewed daily.

The room was very small and so was the bathroom. Hard to move around and feel comfortable, but then again, it is Paris.

Excellent value for money (for Paris). The room is petite (really petite) but has everything you need. It was spotless, clean and modern. Location is perfect if you want to stay away from the crowded touristic places.

10/10 staff who were super kind and willing to help in whatever way they could. Location is walking distance to the center (Châtelet). Room was very clean and comfortable bed.

The room takes a very long time heating up so I suggest you ask them to heat it up many hours before you arrive and leave the keycard in the electricity box whenever you leave the room so it can stay warm.
