The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was with my young daughter and we felt safe. Breakfast was good and I liked that coffee was always available and they accommodated my requests for hot water to drink immediately.

The bathroom light was temperamental and the bedside lights didn't work, I raised this on the first day but they weren't fixed during our stay.

The area is very well connected, with plenty of shops in every direction, including Aldi and other shops, metros, fast food, and takeaways. Some rooms have balconies. They have a lift, although very tiny, not for claustrophobic people or wheelchairs. 24/7 reception.

I had to hold the shower head because there was no holder for it. This made it very hard to wash (my hair especially). The phone in the room for reception didn't connect to reception, and check out is at 11 am.

The room was very cozy we didn't need to turn the heater on for the first 2 nights because it was warm enough already. Bed was comfortable, staffs were very friendly and helpful. There is metro station very close to the hotel, restaurants and shops too.

The lift was very small, maximum 2 people could fit in, maybe 2 adults and a kid. Bathroom was small, the shower I think it was broken because it couldn't stayed hanging, we had to shower holding it. There isn't enough plugs in the bedroom, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. The plug in the bedroom is far from the bed.

Great location and huge room, comfortable beds and there was hair dryer at the bathroom

Shower was placed in such a way it was a little bit dangerous getting off —at least for me because of the height, plus I would really appreciate them to refill shampoo and soap while room cleaning. Overall awesome hotel 👍

Modestly furnished room. Consider placing a mirror in the room, just one in the bathroom is not enough. Thin pillows.

Air conditioning was great - very comfortable to return to the room after exploring Paris for the day. Very close to public transport , made getting around Paris very easy. Was a great base.

A small fridge in the room would have been great to store water and food from the markets.

The location was fantastic. The price was perfect. The breakfast was nice, normal and sufficient. The beds were comfortable and it was not noisy for a Saturday night.

There is no safe in the bedroom. There was only one outlet for charging things, and it was far from the bed. The toilet seat was a mismatched size compared to the main toilet.

They were amazing, the location was absolutely great and they were very kind and sweet, especially the young man with the glasses at the concierge.

My room unfortunately did not have a hairdryer but otherwise it was all good

It’s located close to the metro station and has all the things you might need nearby since it’s a big area. The staff are amazing and are on demand to answer any questions

It was kinda old and the amenities could be better. It would be nice if the Wifi worked better.

Nice hotel in great location. Staff ( receptionists) are wonderful people.few minutes walk to metro station . Many great restaurants and cafes near by.

It is a bit expensive. Hope they review the price and adjust it a little bit.
