This is a beautiful, truly "boutique" hotel. Tasteful, serene and well appointed. Both of our rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds, beautiful linens, and lovely decor. Perfectly cleaned and tidied each day by the housekeepers. Returning back at the end of each day was a pleasure. The breakfast room and small lounge is elegant, looking out on a small garden. Breakfast itself was excellent with a nice selection of breads, cheese, fruit, cereals and yogurt and a perfectly boiled egg on request. Even the china on the table was exceptionally beautiful. The location is in a lively, but "local" district, close to several Metro lines and easily walkable for numerous restaurants and bars.

Location is fabulous - a Metro Station is literally down the street. The area was lively and safe - people in cafes, lots of small shops. The room was TINY (and I know rooms in Paris are small). I would go get coffee while my husband took his shower, just to give each of us some privacy. But it was very clean. All the furniture was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff were great. The breakfast room they have is lovely. I took my coffee outside to a small private garden.

No complaints at all except for the room being exceptionally small. Just be prepared for that.

The rooms themselves are beautifully decorated, and very clean. The breakfast and lobby area are gorgeous, and one would not know it from the street entrance, as the street itself is rather bland (but very convenient as steps from the Metro station, and very safe).

The rooms were very small, and in one of them it was hard to open up a big suitcase given how little space there is around the bed. But I think many rooms in hotels in Paris are typically this small, judging from reviews of other hotels. Just have the right expectations. To me, beauty of decor/comfort of beds/how clean the place is trump the size of the bedroom.

After reading the negative reviews about the old angry boss, I was a little uneasy but still booked this place. It exceeded all my expectations. The room was spacious, the street is quite quiet (we slept with a window open), very clean. The hotel has been taken over by the son of the boss and he is friendly. It's a gem, this place. P.s. we stayed in the part of the hotel with the lift. I think the two parts are quite different, but I haven't seen the other part myself.

Lisa and all of the employees treated us very well. Just the last day, when we were getting ready to check out, the man at the front desk was not very nice, for whatever reason. Other than that, it would have been perfect. Really sorry I did not have a chance to say goodbye to Lisa and to complement her for our stay.

I travel frequently and have never experienced a hotel where I woke up naturally due to its exceptional quietness. As many reviews highlight, the location is fantastic. You're in the heart of Paris but away from the main tourist areas, allowing you to experience the authentic Paris. Most people in the local bars and restaurants are residents of the area. The metro is just about 50 meters from the hotel, making iconic sites like Notre Dame only a 10-minute journey away. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Paris.

Absolutely delightful stay. The staff is very kind and friendly. The place is immaculately clean and modern. The bed is extraordinarily comfortable and the linens are crisp. The location is close to many metro lines and to some great restaurants and patisserie. This place is truly a gem. Especially rooms 45 and 46 with balconies.

I am head-over-heels in love with this gem! It has officially become my favorite place to stay in Paris. The room was absolutely lovely. The staff could not possibly have been any kinder. I truly felt like a valued guest rather"a customer".

Nothing could have been better. This is not a neighborhood I typically stay in so I did get turned around a few times- but that simply gave me the opportunity to explore beyond my typical tried and true.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Antoine at the guest relations desk provided much needed guidance since it was my maiden trio to Paris. The atmosphere was friendly with fresh sumptuous breakfast made daily. The rooms were very neat and the beds very comfortable. Property is a walking distance ro Oberkampf metro station and restaurants are a walking distance away. Neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

Great hotel. Room is nice and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Close to metro station. During our stay we got a room upgrade offered to us by the hotel ( courtesy by the hotel. Not as a compensation). All hotel and room has AC which was really important
