Firstly, the staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and, albeit small, has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including a lift. After being on our feet all day walking around Paris, the included spa session was heavenly and revitalising (plus, it was private, which was beyond cool). There was tea, coffee and even lovely little chocolates in the bedroom. They even thought to leave us a welcome note. The complementary toiletries were lovely too (Nuxe). The attention to detail at this hotel was very much appreciated. Furthermore, it's in a nice location, which feels safe, has good restaurants within easy reach, as well as literally the best coffee I've ever tasted in my life at a corner coffee shop a few paces away. Having a good home base makes all the difference to how one feels on holiday, and this hotel exceeded expectations. We had a wonderful stay.

The only thing I could fault it with, (and I am being extremely picky here), is that there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/clothes/toiletries. Literally the only thing missing. It's a tiny thing. The next time I'm in Paris, hands down, this is where I would want to stay.

As a female solo traveller, I was quite anxious but I felt totally comfortable and safe. The location was amazing, the hotel is decorated beautifully, the room was really clean and great amenities. Receiving a complimentary session in the spa was also a really nice touch.

The room was immaculate and very Parisian. The location was great, with a lot of top restaurants only a walk away. The staff were very helpful. And the spa was a lovely added bonus, after a long day walking around the city.

The room was quite small. The curtains also weren't great at keeping light out in the morning.

The location of the hotel was incredible to explore La Marais and beyond, the transfer from CDG airport was very easy using the airport train and subway. There were lots of cafes, restaurants, great coffee on the doorstep of the hotel. The room was cosy and very clean, we used the hammam during our visit which was a great edition and very well done.

The room was very hot and we rang reception and we're told the A/C didn't work and there were no fans, we slept with the windows open but the noise from the road/ bars was very loud, I'd expect if the A/C does not work to at least have a fan. The room and bathroom could have done with coat hooks and hooks for towels in the bathroom as there is nowhere to hang wet towels. The staff members on check in were fantastic but some members of staff during our stay were simply on their phones and seemed not customer friendly.

Found this hotel by accident and so happy i did. This hotel is a hidden gem amongst the hotel in the area, it was very modern and clean and everyone was attentive. I booked the standard room which was a decent size room . The hotel was close to the metro and dozens of restaurant options for dinner/lunch. The staff was very friendly and happy to assist with any questions that I had. Loved everything about my stay including the free private whirlpool and Hamman session that comes with the booking.

Amazing Location in one of my favorite corners of Paris. The staff was extraordinarily nice and helpful - we always felt extremely welcome in the hotel, always offering us a smile when entering :) The breakfast was great - not too big but has everything you need in amazing quality - the freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat, baguette and the 3 different milk alternatives were our favorites! Everything was very clean! The whirlpool & hammam were so nice after a cold day spent outside! We arrived in the morning and our room was already ready for us, which was very convenient. After check out we could leave our luggage at the hotel until 5pm when we needed to leave for the airport

The room was pretty small for two people plus luggage. Maybe some more hangers in the room would at least solve the problem of not having enough storage. Unfortunately we couldn't change the room temperature in our room.

Location is perfect - very close to Le Marais and everywhere else in Paris as it's just minutes away from the closest tube station. Also amazing staff that helped with all queries we had during the stay. The room is kept clean and tidy. Loved the spa and breakfast as well! Crossiants are definitely one of the best I've tried in Paris.

Street noises could still peak through a bit as our room is facing the streets. The double-bed room might be too small if with big suitcases. We travelled light so it was all fine! Could also be helpful if clear instructions were given about the AC as we weren't sure how to turn it off.

This is an amazing little hotel in a great area of the city. The rooms are small (as you might expect in central Paris for this price) but are very well-designed and comfortable. The hotel's decor is very stylish throughout. The staff are on the whole very friendly indeed. It is easy to get to the hotel via the Metro and you are in walking distance of Bastille/Marais and all the shops, bars, restaurants etc. that make those areas great. The spa area is a nice addition and, like the rest of the hotel, it is small but perfectly formed. We enjoyed relaxing there for an hour one morning before heading out.

The housekeeper came into our room three times without knocking on our final day - she simply let herself in with a key card. This was despite me having told her and reception after the second time that she should not enter without knocking. This is obviously not appropriate!

staff is the most friendly, helpful and caring, with good recommandatios for any purpose. location is central but quiet and cosy, full of small restaurants and bars surrounding it. a real jewel. hotel's facilities are clean to perfection. we will come back!

we loved everything!! our room might be considered small, but we had just one suitcase, put all our stuff in the cupboards and got used to it immediately. they have bigger rooms, though...
