Great location, nice hotel, nice bed and barhroom, good cleaning, good gym, amazing neighborhood

They took 100 EUR deposit and promised to return it at checkout and they never did!!! Afterwards they say it was only pre-authorization. Which clearly wasn’t as I paid it with my credit card, clear enough. I keep writing emails since almost 2 months and nobody even looks into it. Unbelievable, this is a theft!

Only some niggles, but they were there…no kettle despit instructions on where not to use it! Coffee machine faulty. Radiator didn’t work. Each dealt with when pointed out, but a little annoying.

The outside area was lovely to sit in during the evening after a busy day sightseeing. Paul the Barman in the outside bar was great. Very amicable and good with the teenagers with us. Enjoyed the small food menu outside later in the evening which was a nice addition. Good facilities in rooms but could’ve done with more milk!

No welcome booklet/guide/room service menu in the hotel rooms which made it hard as we had to reply on the app which was hard to navigate. Showers in rooms were too close to plug and it was hard to stand under making it slippy. You had to get very close to the taps to be fully under the shower. The shower couldn’t be altered.

So. Some maintenance issues. Sink blocked but they did fix it when we reported it. Plug socket loose and skirting falling off see photos. I didn't report these to see if housekeeping would report a d get it fixed but didn't for 4 days we stayed. If they want 4 stars and excellent then they could pickup on their maintenance inspections.

This hotel was brilliant! The room was fantastic, and we loved the fact that there were sliding doors between the two parts of the room, so our son could have his own space, and it felt like we were sleeping in separate spaces. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and beds comfortable. Our room was quiet, despite there being an outdoor bar right outside, and the location was brilliant for seeing the sights of Paris. We were less than 5 mins walk from the Saint Sebastien Metro station, and a short walk to the Batobus stop which made it super easy to travel around. Walking distance to Notre Dame and The Panthéon.

The parking was a little stressful due to the small entrance/exit, but we do have a car on the larger side, so if you have a small car, you’ll be fine!

My daughter and I met in Paris for a 5 day vacation. From the first moment at Les Jardins du marais we were warmly welcomed and every request during our stay was met with a smile. The beds were amazing, great hot water and water pressure, rooms cleaned daily plus an evening visit each day to check if we needed anything. A shabbat key was organized for us with minimal fuss. The hotel is super convenient with a Metro 3 mins away and cafes and bars a stones throw away. Highly recommend it!

Excellent location in La Marias that was easily accessed by Metro. Our room was upgraded to include a adjacent room where we were able to make ourselves comfortable and have room for our luggage/clothing The hotel does include a garden area though it was not set up with tables as shown in the pictures due to the cooler weather of April. This Hotel hosted several tour groups during our stay so its not an intimate place but very nice. We liked that we were close to the center of La Marias and other Parisian sites via walking and metro.

No controls over the temperature of the room - its set and cannot be changed. We had to call the reception due to the warmth of the room - they were very prompt in coming to turn the heat down but the AC was not accessible to our control. We did enjoy opening the windows at night for the cool air.

I loved that I was able to turn up the heat in the room. There was a radiator which I could turn up a notch when I felt cold (and warm my clothes), especially since the room was on the ground floor. The room was very spacious which is also unusual for Paris. Excellent location, walking distance from the shops in the Marais, Centre Pompidou and the Bastille.

The only thing that was a bit strange was that the hotel is in many different buildings and the breakfast room in a seperate building, which meant to put on a warm jacket to go out on a January morning. But after the first morning it felt just fresh to go out into the freezing morning and walk the short distance to the breakfast room. And the breakfast room was a very nice room with efficient staff.

Hotel had a nice boutique feel, with the internal courtyard area with a kiosk serving waffles & hot drinks & a nice seating area.It was lovely & quiet because we were set do far back from the road. Breakfast was good. The area around had nice shops - a couple of nice restaurants. V close to the metro which made sightseeing v easy.

The name of the hotel was misleading. It's a 15 minute walk to Le Marais. The hotel is actually in the 11th arrondissement, Le Marais is in the 4th. Even though we had a superior room, the room & bathroom were small. And the bed was just a double, not king size

Our executive room was comfortable and spacious, well equipped with a coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave, desk and comfortable armchair. Hot beverage supplies were replenished daily, and upon request when we ran through more than expected. Housekeeping services were excellent, with linens changed daily, in increasingly rare treat. Hotel reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
