The room was comfortable and the view of the courtyard was nice. The breakfast buffet had fresh and tasty options. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location and I would definitely stay again.

I would have liked an electric kettle in the room to make tea instead of the coffee machine in the room. Other than that, it was great.

Why eat a buffet in a hotel in the Marais... walk outside and there are excellent breakfast spots all over the place. the hotel is nice. Its classic, got an old fashioned vibe, but not dilapidated. Very supportive staff, comfy room, fully equipped, parking garage was a struggle with our big SUV but was nice to have it right at the hotel as we were road tripping and had lots of gear to organise. bed was super comfy and the location is perfect.

no complaints on this one. We discussed upfront if it had a spa, but once we were there we realised even if there was one, we wouldn’t have used it - there is too much to do outside.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were amazing and lovely in their demeanour. Prior to arriving I had been communicating with the staff to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my daughter. The cake was beautiful. We loved our stay. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making us feel so welcome and special. ❤️❤️❤️

It is such an elegant hotel in a great location with excellent staff! The rooms were cleaned daily, and on the last day, we even received some macarons accompanied by a lovely letter from the hotel. The location could not have been better - at the center of Le Marais but at the same time, on a charming quiet street where no noise could reach us even during the crazy Fête de la Musique celebration.

Very helpful staff. The room is good size for Paris. The breakfast room is lovely. The location is very good for accessing the Marais, Bastille and the Arsenal.

The floor plan of the bathroom in our room was difficult. My tall husband couldn't fit his knees between the toilet and the towel rack and the tub was very narrow, hard to get in and out of, and the shower head isa bout 9 inches away from the edge of the tub. it was very pretty, not but too functional.

The staff was extremely friendly. We were given a free room upgrade. You can get an early check-in for free if only your room is ready. The location is tranquil and near to a subway station. Bastile is a walking distance (10 min) away from the hotel. Most of the sights in Paris are easily reachable using public transport.

The location of the hotel makes the view from the hotel really bad. If you are located on the top floor (4th) expect the water pressure to be weak. You will also need to wait noticeably longer for the how water to pour.

Location is excellent on a quiet street wish a few small art galleries but more shops & restaurants just around the corner. Two metros very close by on main road. Charming & extremely helpful staff. The room we’d booked based on price was very small for our six night stay - some wardrobe hanging room but no shelving . But when we asked, we were moved to a much larger room which was excellent. Breakfast buffet was generous with good choice of breads & pastries, cook your own boiled eggs, fruit, cheese etc.

Wardrobe doors are old & difficult to open & close but not a big problem. And, as with every hotel - including 5 star - More hooks in bathroom please!

We always come back for the location and the unique style of the hotel. Everyone has always been kind and accommodating especially Anita. Sometimes things happen and they have been handled quickly and graciously. We always look forward to staying at Villa Beaumarchais.

There is nothing to dislike

Charming property which feels very French. Well maintained and though the rooms feels a bit dated, they are very clean. A quiet property behind the Main Street.

Design of the shower means water will cover the bathroom floor whilst showering.
